Beautiful Hotel Mercure Rif Nador

Beautiful reception area with lovely views. Excellent receptionists very helpful. Secure parking area. The room was large and comfortable with great balcony. Very comfortable bed lovely linens and towels. All areas very clean. I would love to return to Hotel Mercure Rif Nador.

It was a great stay, the apartments are very well furnished and the seaview is exceptionnal. Thanks to all the friendly staff, especially Mr Azdine and Mr Said at the restaurant.

Das Personal ist Ć¼berhaupt nicht professionell, alle geben bei Anfragen WidersprĆ¼chliche Informationen. Das Hotel will fĆ¼r jede noch zu kleine Sache gebĆ¼hren verlangen. Es wird deutliche Unterschiede zwischen GƤste gemacht! FĆ¼r den Preis ist das Zimmer auch Ć¼berhaupt nicht qualitativ, finde man darf mehr erwarten! Leistungen die man bekommen sollte bekommt man nur nach langen hin und her diskutieren. Jeder meint hier der Manager zu sein, wenn man einen verlangt. Ganzes Hotel besteht aus ā€žManagerā€œ aber keiner ist in der Lage was zu klƤren. Keiner hat Lust auf sein Job man wird als Gast zur 10 Tsd. Anderen Menschen verweisen obwohl es Job der Rezeption alles zu klƤren.
