Other than the rooms needing updating, this hotel was a good place to base ourselves before and after a multi day stay on one of the islands. The restaurant is good and staff helpful, and with breakfast included it is worth the price.

Great local feel
The location is great for a real local feel of Nadi. The free breakfast was amazing, I am American so I love all curry, dahl, and cassava chips, and yummy fruit. I got bit by bugs in the room, the plumbing leaked in the sink of the bathroom and the pillows covers smelled like perfume. I would stay again though.

Made a last minute booking as Tokatoka were full for the night. Really happy with staff who were accommodating. The pricing is very good free breakfast which is always nice. Clean rooms, strong AC, clean bathrooms. Really nice pool area eating areas.

what i liked; The property offered a serene, quiet environment suitable for relaxing; what i didnt like is that hotel does not offer any compliments like drinking water, shower cap, having arrived at night with no open shops in sight and restaurant closed, a bottle of drinking water would have been a great compliment from the hotel.

The property is very run down and dirty. Tiles in the bathroom and room need a scrub, but they only get a sweep so they are mouldy! Bed sheets had stains. Left a pair of pants on the bed and housekeeping decided to make the bed and leave the pants inside the bed, who does that?? Lack of amenities only get body wash and shampoo. Broken iron and ironing board. Breakfast lacked variety. Staff weren’t welcoming. Hookers standing around the property trying to get male attention. The price per night is are hiked considering what you actually get. My partner and I hated it and will not be staying there again because it was depressing.

There are a few points that I feel this hotel could fix to get a 4 star rating - wifi is very bad and you have to get a new code every day. - no hot water for showers - we booked for 4 people but always get two towels - we had two rooms and , one the lights didnot work and the other shower head didn’t work .. - the toilet door keep falling off , and has no lock inside . - breakfast is not bad but always the same stuff . - need a new chef as the pizza are not tasty .. - air con only goes one speed , very high or off , that’s it . - the building itself needs a coat of paint as it looks like has been run down , I do feel the gardens are well taken care off. - TV is the room shows no single The most disappointing part for me is wifi , having kids with us we need to keep them entertained and as a business owner I couldn’t even check my email ..

Property old and run down considering the higher then usual costs for fiji after covid. No renovations was conducted compared to other hotels. Will not be staying here for this room types again.

Pictures on website are misleading. I booked a deluxe room far from that, rooms need an upgrade. I wouldn’t stay there again. Bathroom old too and drain blocked. My cousin had a standard room and her drain was blocking too.

Location is great. Pool and public areas including restaurants and bars were well maintained and was nice to relax. Rooms were okey but bathrooms needs urgent attention specially showers held by duct tapes and doors jamming and overall bath needs to be looked at. Breakfast staff was awesome specially the guy at the egg bar. Housekeeping cleaning staff was great but afternoon housekeeping lady if you ask for anything as we were 4 pax in a room and had two bath towels and asked for another one it seemed like we were bothering her. Maintenance and pool maintenance staff were really nice and friendly and also area around the hotel was very well maintained. Reception staff was great including the porters. Found bar staff and some housekeepers very rude. Otherwise it’s a great hotel.

Nice grounds and gardens, convenient location. Ligjting in rooms extremely dull. Staff very friendly. Breakfast ok.

Someone else sleeping in our room. Got another room, sliding door does not lock, washroom door comes off its wheels regularily. Table between beds coming off the wall. You place anything on it, it slides off. Cockroaches in washroom, whole on the main door bottom
