Do not enter dock or the lake without a life jacket. There is no fence between the house and the lake and no railing on the dock - use caution.
This is a quiet neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please respect this very important rule.
Dura-Flame logs only in the fireplace. Grill must be moved off the patio and into the backyard before using.
