I stay here every time I go home, it’s an older hotel but very clean, quiet, staff has always been friendly..I would choose this hotel over any fancy hotel any day!

I always stay at this location when I come to town to visit family except the one time I didn’t and wished I had..the ppl in the office are friendly and helpful and this is my go to place..I would recommend this place to anyone

I visit Nac 4-6 times a year and like to stay at this hotel when visiting. It’s a convenient location and it’s always very clean! The biggest bonus for this place is it’s decently priced and there are 0 bugs!!! (Unlike some of the other hotels I’ve stayed at there). NO bugs here!!! I’d give this place 10 stars for that alone!! It’s always very clean! Which I appreciate so much!

Neat, clean, inexpensive!

Great spot. Location is north side of town but close to everything. Exceptional cleanliness, solid service and nice updated finishes on older property. Keep this one in mind for a less expensive option!

A good night’s stay

Victoria Inn is an older, but very well run establishment. It was clean, with crisp, comfy sheets and a wonderful shower. The area was quiet and felt safe. Excellent night staff for two tired college parents. No frills and a good price! We will be back.

Foldable accordion door

Door to bathroom is non-traditional. Folding accordion door wouldn’t stay closed. It’s ok if you’re staying amongst family members, maybe not so private if you’re with friends though. Would love to have tea bags in rooms.

Older hotel

This is an older hotel that has been refurbished. The room was clean and spacious. However, there was a spot in the ceiling in the shower that looked as though there had been a leak that was not repaired. There was no box of tissue at the vanity. For the price, there should be some type of continental breakfast offered. It was in a convenient location.

Hard beds

This was a getaway trip for a weekend. The room was the last one available for that night so I’m usually Leary of those situations. Right off we noticed the room was very clean (no carpet). The a/c unit was very slow to kick on but eventually cooled the room to a respectable level. Everything worked fine but there wasn’t much in the way of coffee. The beds were very hard to sleep in so I didn’t sleep well and was up turning and tossing. A good bed would’ve made this a nice room.

Housekeeping came in without knocking 30 minutes before checkout time. Also had a really big roach when I woke up to use the bathroom, as I was getting my stuff I also seen a little roach. Housekeeping lady was very rude.
