My room was not cleaned there was someone’s leftovers left on the tv stand and a used bar of soap and half empty shampoo in the bathroom. But the staff was very friendly.

I have been in better Super 8's.
The room was clean. The pillows are very thick for the people that like that. Our room temperature started off ok and became freezing as the night went. Tried to figure out thermostat. Wanted to talk to morning desk person but he told me to wait a minute as he finished whatever he was doing on computer. Breakfast was subpar compared to other Hotel.com hotels., unless you like food in plastic and microwave it.

Very clean room. The only update would be the shower. Can use an exhaust fan. Otherwise, very nice and clean. Would stay again ☺️

The Breakfast was somewhat disappointing. I waited 12 minutes to check out and no one was at the counter during that time. Other people were waiting also. Not very professional!

The phone in the room didn’t work the tv remote barley worked the tv the hot tub wasn’t hot it was more like Luke warm the tub in the room got hotter then the hot tub.. the vending machines were cash only and if u wanted a drink from the front desk u had to wait till someone could unlock the little icebox.. the front receptionist was not very friendly. When we called to let them know it would be a little later for arrival it took us 30 mins to even get through as the phone stayed busy and when we finally got through they just said fine and hung up… very rude

Short Cancelation Notice
Do not book this hotel. They will cancel your room with very short notice. I booked this hotel in July of 2023 to accommodate us for our Family weekend at the college on September 23, 2023. On September 22nd i received a call that my reservation had to be cancelled because of water damage. Drove by the hotel and there was not an empty spot in the packing lot. Plenty of other guest staying there. I had to stay 45 mins from the college campus because all other hotels were booked. I will never book with them again.

Service needs to improve, but overall ok.
The room is always nice, and the hotel is very clean. The same girl has checked me in twice, and she isn't friendly at all! The hot tub needed to be cleaned. Other than that, the hotel is nice.

They need more parking options for the hotel however the room was nice. Loved having room service everyday. Coming back to a nice clean room was awesome. Pool was warm and clean.

My 9nly complaint was the lack of parking. I had to park at the Burger King next door. Otherwise it was clean and well kept. There was a nice variety for breakfast as well.

We have stayed at this property several times in the past, it has always been satisfactory. Back in May we showed up to check in and were told that the rooms had been damaged and they didn't have a room for us. Expedia took care of the issue. Fast forward to August. First morning of a two night stay, woke up with a couple of mosquito bites, second morning woke up and my wife kills a bed bug on her shoulder. Bottom line is take your chances..we won't be staying there again.
