- Dogs under 50 pounds are welcome to join you for a $75 pet fee!

-The carport is shared with the unit next door. One vehicle per unit is permitted to park under the carport. One additional space per unit is available for a second vehicle.
-if you are traveling with your furry friend, please make sure to add them to your reservation so the pet fee is included. Unauthorized pets will automatically cost you a $200 fine. Please be sure to wipe their paws before coming inside. That red mud is crazy hard and sometimes impossible to lift out of fabrics!

The Peacock Cottage was perfect for our stay. The size/cleanliness/ decor and location was all wonderful. It was especially nice to have covered parking! The next time we travel to Nacogdoches we will definitely try to stay there again!

Relaxing Stay
We stayed at this wonderful duplex, i loved that it was not actually connected to another property by a wall but by a carport. Very convenient location, super clean, quiet and relaxing. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. No issues at all, we will be staying here again when we return.

The Peacock Cottage was so inviting and clean! Its close proximity to all the happenings was a bonus. We had the best time exploring delicious dining and even the Farmers Market was so fun! Our fur baby enjoyed her stay as well. Jennifer was the most responsive host ever! Will come back again.
