We specifically chose this hotel over several others because it advertised free breakfast. When I asked what time breakfast was available at check-in, I was told they had stopped breakfast. I was given no option or accommodation for the false advertising.

But as soon as I handed my deposit over I knew for some reason I wasn't getting it back. When I go to the front desk for my deposit it's just like I'm sorry but you can't have it because the towels were dirty I said what if I take and clean them myself because I know I can veà
