The staff were professional and friendly, so this isn't their fault at all. The room just wasn't clean. During my stay I killed 2 different bugs. A bug in the bathroom and a bug in my bed. Perhaps they should just have the hotel sprayed. Aside from that when I first entered the room and put my toilet seat down there were fresh pee stains on the seat. Thankfully I carry clorox wipes with me whenever I go. The shower also had soap build up on the built-in amenities and hard water spots on the handles as if they hadn't actually been cleaned. I honestly dont think that my room had been cleaned before me. I think that things were restocked but actual cleaning didn't happen.

I chose this place due that it has an outdoor pool w all the addition amenities. I understand the pool needs to be maintained. However it was a college weekend for orientation. It should have been done before a busy week of out of towners w family getting student ready for college. Big disappointment we couldn’t get in the pool after being in the super heat all day
