Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Lock box on the front door. The code to the lock box will be provided at least 24 hours ahead of check in.

Upon leaving the property please leave the AC/Heat at the temperature listed in the GUIDE BOOK that is on the 3 tier shelf in the corner under the TV

No smoking inside the house. All pets must be kenneled and no pets are allowed on any furniture.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
