The property is in a perfect location along the Tieton River with easy access to all the recreational opportunities in the area. The rambler is a throwback to the ‘70’s with timeless art, wall to wall red carpeting, and every VHS imaginable. It’s very clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Lisa has gone above and beyond with the finishing touches. We hope to stay there again.
Enjoyed the fire pit and being close to the mountain
Recommend attaching the headboard to the bed frame. Even the slightest movement causes the headboard to chatter against the wall and was disruptive leading to broken sleep. We ended up pulling the bed out and away from the wall to avoid the disruption. The kitchen was well stocked and much appreciated to have all the amenities.
My son was married last week near WhitePass. We enjoyed our unique vrbo. The decor reminded me of growing up in the 60s and 70s! The The scenic river serenading the back yard. The hostess even had crafts for children on hand! We really enjoyed ourselves at the house. Our group included 4 adults and 3 children.
My son's wedding in the mountains was spectacular 😍. Thanks for being so near. We even ran into Naches for cherries before heading home.
This is a gem in the woods with a river running in the backyard. The house is an older house with wood paneling, but has updated bathrooms, and is being well taken care of and is clean. The only downside is the internet connection - it is very very slow. If you’re planning to sneak in some work while your kids are playing, you may not be able to. The house doesn’t have any streaming services, but is well-stacked with VCR tapes and DVDs. We were only there for one night, and I wish we could’ve stayed longer just to enjoy the nature and the calm.
It was perfect! Very relaxing and the property was beautiful and very well maintained!Lots of pots and pans and even took advantage of the cast iron pan!
Stayed here only one night but wished we could have stayed longer. The location is gorgeous and serene in ideally located for access to lots of outdoor fun. Kinda felt like staying at Grandma's house - cozy, clean, comfortable, and relaxed!
We only stayed a night, but wanted to stay longer; we were just passing through. The owners were very responsive and helpful! We loved the view of the river and the nostalgic decor.
We wanted to forage in the area and coming back to this home was a clean, cozy, joyful experience. We were welcomed with some wonderful treats and the sound of the creek in the back yard was blissful. This place has so much character, and all the conveniences one could ask for.
