Nice hotel, disappointed with the pools

Really lovely hotel but the spa was a disappointment. The indoor pools were cold (27°C), I appreciate this is standard pool temperature but only really works if you’re swimming/exercising. To just lounge in, it feels cold. Most spas has at least one pool that’s at least 30+.

Not worth a money.

Stayed one night with kids.No airconditioning in rooms, everything is bit run down, breakfast was not that good. It's beautifull setting during the summer but not worth the prize. Parking was 15€/night, not a lot of money but leaves a bat taste after everything else. Will not recommend and will not use their services again.

Naantali Spa was a very pleasant visit for us. The spa itself was large and had something for everyone. A surprize when we checked in was that we were accommodated in another building than the main building on about 150m walking distance. However, the room was great and we enjoyed our stay and the walks did not cause any problem. Check-in was handled by a newly employed person and that was the only thing that did not go smoothly during this stay. We were about to get charged for a already paid room even though we told that we had already paid. Neither did we get any apology, introduction of where to find services nor welcoming words. But we quickly forgot about this experience and enjoyed our stay. Restaurants were fully booked when we checked in, but that did not bother since there are many other restaurants nearby.

Gut für kurze Aufenthalte An für sich ein gutes Hotel, nur etwas älteres Mobiliar, welches modernisiert werden könnte in den Zimmern. Der Spa Bereich ist sehr einfach gehalten und zur Ruhe kommt man auch nicht mit den vielen Kindern im Pool oder in der Sauna. Das Restaurant im Hotel ist gut aber sehr teuer.

Ein schönes Hotel mit Steigerungspotential.

Hotel von aussen toll. Schöne Anlage. Lage sehr gut. Parkplätze sehr gut. 15 Euro für einen Aussenparkplatz pro Nacht teuer. Lobby sehr schön. Freundliches Personal. Thai Restaurant können wir leider nicht beurteilen, da es die ganze Woche geschlossen war. Hätte uns aber sehr gereizt. Restaurant schön, sehr freundlicher Service, Karte etwas mager und die Zubereitung der Speisen kein Highlight. Preise absolut in Ordnung. Frühstücksraum sehr schön mit Aussicht zum Meer. Sehr feines reichhaltiges Buffet. Der Kaffee war ein scheusslicher Pulver Kaffe aus der Maschine. Das Café bei der Lobby sehr schön. Allerdings müsste nicht jedes Glace lactosefrei oder vegan sein. Ich habe keine Probleme mit Lactose. Aber es ist mir aufgefallen wie vorbildlich dieses Thema der Allergien, im Hotel berücksichtigt wird. Nun zu den Zimmer. Die Zimmer entsprechen keinem 5 Sterne Haus. Die müssten dringend renoviert werden. Die Badezimmertüre von innen scheusslich. Beim Duschen gibt es im Bad / WC eine kleine Überschwemmung. In der Dusche hat es Schimmel. Minibar war vorhanden, aber warm. Entweder defekt oder nicht eingesteckt. Betten sind in die Jahre gekommen (weich ). TV hatte vielleicht maximal 10 Sender. Was ich auch scheusslich finde ist, wenn man sich ekelt eine TV Fernbedienung zu berühren. Der Wellness Bereich und die Shopping & Beauty Läden sahen schön aus, hatten wir aber nicht benutzt. ( Shopping infolge Feiertag geschlossen )
