"Close to Ubon Uni. Rooms for 3k baht a month. Very friendly staff. An apt that hàs rooms for daily rent. Room was a bit musty but cleared up after a/c ran. Some chill ants, small. Happens. No real bother. Very comfy bed and quiet efficient a/c. little porch area. No elevator. Was on floor 2."

Beware - Hotel has a nice little fraud scheme
"This hotel is a fraud. I booked a room on July 12...showed up on the 27th, they took my Passport photo and personal info, then said they didn't have a room for me. Wouldn't give me a refund because they said they didn't receive any money. I was charged for the stay even though I didn't stay. It is ..."
