When I booked our rooms I used my husband’s name cuz we’re using his card . When I tried to check in and my husband was still in the car, they won’t let me do it . I had to call for him.The check in process took longer . Anyway next time I book a reservation can I use both of our names either or both of us on the reservation . Pls advise. Thanks !

I booked this hotel months in advance, but upon arrival I was informed that no room was available because they had overbooked. I had taken a night flight, meaning the hotel had the entire day to notify me, yet they failed to do so. Instead, I arrived exhausted only to wait while they arranged a relocation to their sister property — which turned out to be a downgrade from what I had originally booked. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional, especially given the lack of communication and consideration for my circumstances.
