"I arrived with the room given to be not what I had paid for which was a double bed and single bed combination for 3 adults
Next, there was rain water clogged all a feet deep at the only entrance
Thirdly, I paid for all included breakfast as that was a option that Expedia provided and they had no dining facility
So I felt cheated by Expedia and the hotel as the Expedia CS I called was just not willing to help"
