"The place was clean and well priced for the area. I felt safe and it was pretty walkable. Although, the lack of drinking water provided from hosts needs to come to an end; I’m on a trip/vacation there should be little inconvenience. There also wasn’t any ice nor ice trays in the freezer. They also didn’t provide us many towels. There were two of us for two nights and they provided two towels.. and only one wash cloth and no hand drying towel. I didn’t like the attitude when we asked for more towels because our second towel (which was used because theres two of us..) was taken while we were gone. I’m really not trying to live sparce while on vacation and have limited access to things that should be bare minimum for hosts/hotel staff to provide. Also whoever is in charge for providing for the room, I recommended investing in some curtains over the bed, the sun is extremely bright coming in the mornings even when there was a sleep mask and blankets over my face."

"The property was updated. It looked very nice. When paying that much for a hotel I do not expect to sleep in a brick. The hotels pics online show a beautifully remodeled hotel, but they forgot to finish. The mattress was absolutely horrible, my husband and I did not sleep at all through the night because it literally was like sleeping on a board. If u are looking for a good nights sleep please think twice. Also there was a generator right outside of our window that ran all night long and was very loud. Not the stay I want at the end of my vacation when I need to sleep good to get up and catch a flight very early in the morning."

"We used Uber, so we did not park our car. The staff was more than helpful and accommodating. We had just gotten off of a cruise and was flying out the next morning. They let us check in early. It is such a beautiful hotel and the pool is amazing. "

"location is the best. it's the closest stay you can get, in the middle of the action, day and night, without having to pay a hotel chain prices. also very close to the free water shuttle stop, free shuttle bus to beach, and to the bus station that has a direct line to Sawgrass premium outlet. the only complaint is the noise level. the door lock is very loose so any noise from the outside, especially the rowdy guests coming back from their late night, is heard. the ceiling fan makes noise. the fan on the AC is loud. the walls are thin. not sure why 2 nights in a row, our TVs turned on by itself when the remote control was far from the bed. so wear earplugs and eye mask. the linen and towels are not of the nicest quality but it is what it is. I would definitely come back to stay again."
