"I booked based on the previous reviews and none of it was accurate. The breakfast was not good, my room had an old musky smell, we were there for 2 nights and they only put towels for one day and we needed to turn in our old towels to get new ones and then when you did they didn’t have any. You have to request for your room to be clean and I requested for the trash to be thrown and they didn’t even do that. The size of the room was good, in a good location for the NRG Stadium, but it’s really a 2 star hotel. "

"Honestly it looked like it was going out of business. The lobby was very nice and it looks like they maybe remodeling this location. The air conditioner was not good and clearly need maintenance. The room smelled like mold. We changed rooms and the bathroom didn't have broken tile in it but had all the above problems. We only stayed at night the rest of the time at the hospital with our grandson. If I had not already paid for the room up front, we would have moved. Didn’t feel safe and won't stay there again. "

"The parking was easy and secure. We had a hard time getting in our room, the card didn't work on the door that was marked with the room number, our neighbor had to tell us to try the door that wasn't marked because it was a suite. That was the only door that it worked. The room smelled of mold. Other than that it was good."
