We were also grateful for the security guard, Guy, who helped us with the boat launch and gave us invaluable advice since we are new to boating. The pool was clean and we definitely used it. The condo itself has an amazing water view. It’s modern, clean, and fully stocked. My family and I enjoyed ourselves so much that as a retired person, we’ve decided to retire to this part of Texas. I’m grateful to the owners of the cond for the wonderful job they’ve done of creating an amazing experience. "
