Great home and great location

My family stayed here for two nights as part of a New England road trip. This house was perfect for us. It was a short drive to Mystic and to Misquamicut Beach. The back deck was nice for dinner and games.

Great for a small group

We had 3 adults, there 3 bedrooms (single beds), so it was perfect. Just a few minutes from town and 10-15 minutes from Watch Hill and the State Beach.

This is a very comfortable old-timey kind of house -- definitely nothing fancy, but the kind of place you can feel right at home in. It's located just a few minutes from 78 and 95, so is pretty convenient to many things, including downtown Westerly. This was the second time two friends and I shared it, and it worked out quite well for us both times. It has comfortable beds and a fully functional kitchen (minus dishwasher).

I Really Enjoyed It

The house was clean and had a cozy feel. Good location too, with a lot of restaurants/ neat stores nearby. I would definitely recommend this if you're looking to go on vacation to Connecticut.

Perfect little house that had everything you would need!

Great location close to all the beaches, casino and mystic!! House was very clean and cozy with a nice deck in the back. Neighbor was very quiet and house had everything you would need. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay to visit Ninigret Park

This was our 2nd stay for our visit to Ninigret Park & The Rhythm & Roots festival. Great location that allowed us to have some space instead of a hotel. As always, definitely recommend renting with Dan at his place! Clean & comfortable and easy to check in!

Great getaway

Property had everything needed plus for a great stay. A/C inside and large deck outside with very nice grill for cooking. 15 minutes from beaches, Mystic CT, shops and restaurants. Wished I had made the trip longer....it felt comfortable and very homelike.

Wonderful Family Vacation Spot

My young family and in laws had an absolutely lovely stay. The house is cosy but plenty of room for four adults and two small children. With bathrooms on each floor and air conditioners in each room, comfortable beds, and all the household items you need, we felt very at home. We loved the area - easy distance to beaches and attractions, with nice cafes and restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back!

Great place for a weekend share

I stayed with two friends over the long Labor Day weekend. It was comfortable and cozy, with everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen. The host was very accommodating, letting me drop stuff off well before check-in time and giving us a one-hour extension on the check-out time -- much appreciated.

Relaxing family time

Dan’s place is cozy and will remind you of your grandparents house. It is a close drive to area attractions. Once we were back from the day’s adventure, we would play games around the kitchen table. Beds are comfortable. The Deck and backyard are nice areas to hang when it’s nice outside.
