The house was in a great location with easy access to attractions and stores. it was extremely clean and had everything we needed ( except a blender). The game room was a nice added touch and we enjoyed it each evening, as well as the hot tub and fire pit. Owners were easy to communicate with as well. Highly recommend staying here!

Amazing stay!

This was our second stay with this property, can't say enough good things about it! Very clean, super hosts, perfect location for our family. It has everything we need for our family for a comfortable stay. We will be back again next year!

Great House Near Mystic!

Great spot for a smaller group to stay if you want to be nearby the mystic area but away from the crowds. Nice amenities available such as hot tub, sauna, game room and comfy couch with tv in the living room. Decently stocked kitchen.

Great Golf Spot

Stayed here with 2 friends. 4 affordable golf courses within 20 mins of house. Plenty of room. Hot tub and Gaming was a plus.

Very nice place if you want to spend time at Mystic

Ashley & Charles are wonderful hosts. They were prompt and responsive to any questions we had. And the house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We will definitely come back again!

The house was perfectly located for our weekend in Mystic. A short drive to downtown and olde mystic village. The house was spacious and comfortable. Charles was very communicative about details of the house and checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could have asked for. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Absolutely loved the hot tub that was spotless and we enjoyed our s’mores over the fire pit!We also loved the game room and the sauna, we used absolutely every amenity that was offered and loved the spa robes that were provided (very thoughtful touch!)The location was ideal—peaceful and private, yet close enough to [local attractions/restaurants/shopping] to make everything convenient. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing clear instructions and helpful local recommendations.It truly felt like a home away from home. Very clean. Owners very responsive. Kids enjoyed the game room. It was raining the entire time so we used game room and hot tub alot. Location is very close to downtown Mystic and aquarium.

Beautiful Getaway

The property was perfect for a weekend getaway with friends. The house is under 10 minutes drive to downtown Mystic. The hot tub and sauna added such a social touch so we could all relax throughout the weekend. The game room was fun for a game night. Charles was a communicative host and made the stay seamless. I would highly recommend this property!

Magical weekend!

This place was just perfect for 4 parents and 4 kids (ages 4-1), and everything was thought of. The Game room kept the kids occupied for hours, and the hot tub kept the adults relaxed after the kids fell asleep. Being 6-7 minutes from both downtown and Mystic Village offered the best of both. Everything was just as presented in the listing, and we had such a relaxing and fun weekend because of that!

Entertaining and clean = perfect spot!

The property was just as listed. Very clean and neat with so much to do. Appreciated the generous toiletries left out for us. We loved the game room, sauna, and hot tub. House is in a nice quiet, neighborhood. Location was perfect to get to downtown Mystic and would recommend it for weekend getaways!

Amazing house!

This house really had it all! We took the kids for a quick getaway and picked this place because of the game room and sauna, and neither disappointed. We also enjoyed the fenced in backyard and loved that there were plenty of toiletries. The kitchen was well stocked as was the laundry area and all three bathrooms. The hosts were super responsive and helpful, providing quick videos to show me how to work the sauna. Location was very convenient, very close to the highway and just an exit away from anything you could need. My only regret is we didn’t have time to use the hot tub but we hope to be back again!

Hot tub and cigars

Stayed here with the family for a night when hanging out at mystic seaport. Super clean house with great night time vibe. Had the fire pit going, the hot tub bubbling all while smoking a cigar. Just really great house for family. Teens fought it out on the ping pong table until 2am :). Hosts were proactive and very reachable. Thank you Guys!

Wonderful Experience

We had booked this home for a nice low key weekend for my sister’s bachelorette. The house was absolutely gorgeous! Being able to use the sauna and hot tub was the cherry on top! Ashley and Charles are amazing hosts. They always made sure to check in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this place to friends and family and would love to be able to visit again in the future!

Family Gathering

We had 3 generations staying together for a graduation. The property was very nice and exceptionally clean. It did not disappoint, the photos and info accurate. The hot rub, sauna, pool table, games, and fire pit offer a lot to keep everyone entertained while visiting. Charles was very helpful and responsive. He provides good detail on how everything in the house works. Everyone was very happy with our choice.

Dance Competition Doubling as Family Vaca

My family of 4 (2 adults, 19 yr old son, and 16 yr old daughter) were in Mystic for my daughter’s dance competition. The competition was held at the Marriott in Groton and this house ended up being the perfect location — we were one quick exit away from the hotel as well as conveniently located to shops and restaurants in historic Mystic. This home was also exactly as advertised; it was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Checkin and checkout were easy and we couldn’t have asked for better communication from the owners. I was (happily) surprised at how well stocked it was: from toilet paper to Qtips to k-cups! The appliances are newer — my family now wants to get the same washer and dryer 😂 We loved the hottub, ping pong table, and the fire pit — wishing we actually had more time to enjoy it all. Although there was an effective travel steamer available, my only suggestion would be to maybe add a small iron and ironing board to the laundry room. We would love to go back to Mystic someday and, if we do, we would definitely look to rent this house again.
