Downtown Mystic Flat - Newly Renovated

  • Newly renovated apartment in an old house built in 1845. The property is right in the center of Mystic on the Groton side of the draw bridge. Walking distance to restaurants and area attractions including Mystic Seaport Museum. Off-street parking. Short drive to Stonington Borough and Watch Hill RI.

    Maximum of 2 people allowed. All guests must be at least 27 years of age. No parties allowed on premises. Pets not allowed. No smoking on premises.

    About the space:
    Unit 1 is located on the first floor and offers the following layout and amenities:
    - One bedroom with queen-size bed
    - One bath with shower
    - Living room with couch and 50" TV. Streaming and live TV is through Hulu
    - Full kitchen including stove, oven, fridge, microwave
    - Dishes, utensils, glasses, cookware, bakeware.
    - Nespresso machine
    - Separate dining area
    - In-unit laundry
    - WiFi
    - Air conditioning via window unit
    - Off street parking

Excellent apartment

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights during the Mystic Art Show. The apartment is perfect for one or two people We were able to walk in and out of the center of town which was great. We've stayed at several other apartments in Mystic the past couple of years and this one was the best. It is very clean; bed is comfortable, linens are lovely and it has a well equipped kitchen. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely VRBO. Adorable place that was decorated so well! Every amenity you could need. Although we did not need them, the unit was supplied with a washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, dishwasher and induction stove top. All the amenities left for us were high-quality: soaps, dishes, coffee (GREAT COFFEE!!). Cleanliness of the property was amazing, and excellent communication with Michael. A thoroughly excellent place to stay

It was wonderful. Very clean, well kept, a fully stocked kitchen, a spacious refrigerator/freezer, excellent coffees and teas. Even cookies 🍪 which were a nice touch. Plenty of electrical outlets. Wireless chargers. A fully stocked bathroom. A firm bed and a large screen TV. An excellent location. Walkable to everything. We highly recommend staying here.
