Beautiful Studio overlooking the Mystic River

This bright apartment is within walking distance to Downtown Mystic and to historic Noank. Tons of nearby food options. There are coastal access points nearby that are car accessible within 2 to 5 mins. There are trails across the street for a scenic hike that are all protected. The sunset views are breathtaking and you can see wildlife and of course boats. We are 1 exit away from mystic seaport and mystic aquarium. Use the Mystic Go App to see all that you can explore in this area.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful loft overlooking the Mystic River, Connecticut for a family event. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time together. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided helpful information about the area, which made our stay even better. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed—and the view was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting Mystic!

West Mystic is the best

Great location, with easy walking access to Willow Point and downtown Mystic. Mystic Market has great food, and Noank is only a mile away. Great getaway!

Absolutely loved everything about this place! My girlfriend and I are already trying to plan another weekend trip to go back. The owners are absolutely amazing and they maintain the property beautifully!

Great place

Totally enjoyed our stay here. Only 3 min drive to downtown mystic. Great view of water. FYI - the train is only a couple of cars and goes so fast you barely hear it. I would recommend staying here!

Great Property

We stayed at this property for a summer weekend while attending a wedding in the area. Clean, well stocked and exactly as pictured. Quiet neighborhood and my husband and I found it to be conveniently located and a super comfortable weekend getaway. Would definitely book here again when in the area.

Wonderful little spot!

We loved staying in this gorgeous space! It was perfect for our family, and so clean and easy. It was really helpful to have laundry on site and the kids could be a little noisy without bothering anyone with no shared walls. The AC was really wonderful in the high heat and humidity weather and proximity to the mystic market was great for treats and good food! 10/10 would stay there again.

Perfect Getaway to Mystic and surrounding towns

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property. Owners were very friendly and super communicative. The property was just the right size for the two of us, it was immaculately clean and really modern and cute. Awesome view of Mystic River and very close to downtown area. Nice Place

Downtown shopping and eating is within walking or biking distance. Beautiful view and was never bothered by the train. Coffee in the morning was supplied by The Host and was excellent.

Excellent location and clean!

We really enjoyed our stay - the host was responsive, helpful, and welcoming. This was our second stay. The place is clean, parking easy, view amazing. My kids liked the stairs (we don't have a staircase at home) Lol. It was so helpful to have a full kitchen with everything we needed, and washer dryer and easy everything. There is close access to beaches, ready-to-eat food, and nice places to go running in the morning. We look forward to staying here again!

Perfect size for our weekend getaway!

We came to town for the weekend Christmas festivities in Mystic. We wanted more space than a hotel room and this was perfect for the four of us (2 adults, 18 and 11 year old.) We loved having a water view and we love the trains! A nice touch was the coffee provided by the owners as they are also local coffee roasters. It is about a mile walk to town but we enjoyed it, even in the cold. Communication with the owners was quick and easy, too. We would definitely come back in the future.

Wonderful week in Mystic

We just spent a wonderful week at this beautiful loft! The location was perfect… close to all the attractions and amenities in the area, yet a quiet spot along the river to relax and unwind. The loft was perfect for our needs. Immaculate, comfortable and with all the amenities you could ask for in a rental. Lisa and Jonathan were welcoming and always available if we needed anything. We also looked forward to the train coming by. It was a fun part of our week. We look forward to many return visits.

This exceeded our expectations!

The studio was immaculate and bigger than it looked online. We had plenty of room for our family of four and the teenagers were very happy with the comfortable air mattresses. Everything was super clean and new Lisa gave us some great ideas for visits in the area and amazing coffee! We liked that we could walk from the house into Mystic for dinner and coffee. We would definitely like to come back again!

Early summer getaway

The loft was beautiful, clean, just as pictured and described except it was bigger than appears in the photos. Owner has thought out and supplied many extra little amenities and gave us our privacy but was available to provide recommendations. Check in and out were effortless. Location was great and we had no trains interrupt our sleeping hours. Would absolutely revisit.

A lovely home away from home

Lisa and John’s place was perfect for our family of 3. It was close enough to downtown Mystic and Olde Mystick Village, but far enough to be at peace. The water views are beautiful. The train tracks are close by but you get used to it quickly. The home is fully stocked, including a washer/dryer and the owners’ homemade and delicious coffee! Lisa and John are quick to respond to requests and very helpful! Thank you for a nice getaway!
