"The Lodge is beautifully maintained with so much authenticity and charm. The owner is friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, ready for us when we arrived & with a delicious complimentary loaf of chocolate chip coconut bread waiting in our room. The surrounding Idleyld Park community is friendly, with gorgeous scenic mountain views."

"Very charming lodge! Johanne and John met me at check in and were so welcoming and accommodating to me and my
dog
. The room was perfect with easy access to let my
dog
outside and plenty of space to spare. The location was great for both the Diamond lake district and north umpqua district. Very family friendly or solo travel friendly. I will definitely stay again in the future."

Historic Lodge across the street from the Umpqua River

9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (27)
"The lodge owner JoAnne came to meet us as we pulled up in our truck. She gave a quick tour of the facility and our room. Very welcoming of our small
dog
, Bill. Invited us to a potluck on site that evening. There was an awesome musical trio of JoAnne’s friends. They played folk and rock tunes from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s until about 9 pm. Very cool! Room and our restroom very clean. Bed very comfy. Best of all a fresh loaf of banana bread awaited us in our room. Very cool!"

A Restful Studio Near a Creek and Forest - Pets

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (33)
"Wow, this was one of our most favorite stays anywhere! The studio was beautiful, so clean and lovely with everything we needed. Our
dog
was quite happy too! We really enjoyed the view from the deck of the meadow and tree covered hillside, plus the sound of the creek and of birds chirping. Great location-very convenient to Roseberg and hiking trails nearby. We most definitely will return! Although we never met in person, Ashley was awesome - very responsive, welcoming and accommodating!"

Motel 6 Sutherlin, OR

2.0 star property
7.6 out of 10, Good, (1013)
"Stayed a week visiting family - the best Motel 6 yet! Lots of space to walk the
dog
. Staff were especially great: friendly and engaging. Exceptionally quiet given the easy freeway access. There is a nice, old-fashioned restaurant across the parking lot + a great bakery and McDonald's across the road & walkable Mexican options. Brewing company and other food options are a short drive, and an historic town with great antiques one town over."

Motel 6 Roseburg, OR

2.0 star property
7.4 out of 10, Good, (1000)
"Booked solid, but late arrival was honored, a room was saved for me. Unfortunately a very spartan, wheelchair accessible room, but
pet friendly
and spotlessly clean. Quiet, no noise from other rooms. Good bath/shower. No coffee maker, but it's a 2 star motel, so.. Staff friendly and on the ball. Being a handicap-accessible room, bed was low, but I was only there one night and tired, so didn't care. Good room for handicapped/physically challenged guest, lack of room decoration made it look more...
