"Check in was easy. Room was clean and large, with a balcony overlooking the river, including 2 chairs and a small table. It was too cool to use it much, but would be very nice when warmer. Shower had great pressure. Only difficulty we had was our key didn't work when we returned each day, so we had to keep going back down to get it re-done. Not a big deal."

"Easy access to the Freeway store close by. The staff was great, the pool and hot tub so nice, a great way to end a day of travel. We will definitely stop here on our trip down and back to Yuma next season."

"Didn't even know a pool existed, and my AC didn't work In my room, it was hot as heck in our room made it a miserable stay and had problems with our TV had to have someone come up and switch out the remote and then the same thing happened got tired of having to ask the front desk to come assist, also my pillows didn't even have pillow cases on them."

"No pillows on the bed when we got to our room. After getting our pillows (3 flat pillows) we looked at our room. It looked like they were doing maintenance to the room and needed a good cleaning. Other guests checked in about midnight and spent 45 mins swearing and yelling because their room was upstairs. I tried to call the front desk but no phone in room. I looked for the number online to call the hotel itself and was sent to voicemail. I wasn’t going to walk past the angry guests to go to the office. They finally left or went to their room but started being really noisy again around 3am for another hour or so. Not able to communicate with the front desk because I was sent to voicemail when tried to call the number it had on their website. Room was ok but didn’t get much sleep. "
