  • Crescent Beach - wake up to the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean every morning!
    Was fully renovated in March 2022!
    New flooring, Quartz countertops in kitchen, bathroom and vanity, new blinds, new furniture, new bedding- everything is new!
    Panoramic views that go on for miles can be seen in both directions from this top floor end unit in an elevator building offers that "penthouse floor" feeling. Only 4 stories in the building, and you are on the 4th. Very spacious one bedroom/one bath that comes completely furnished - dishes, linens, cookware and more! The bath is a jack-and-jill style from the master to the hallway with vanity and sink in master bedroom/and vanity-sink in the bathroom. Unit offers plenty of light, an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room, and plenty of extra storage in the Master bedroom. View from the balcony. Laundry facilities available on the 2nd floor at no cost. And it's just steps to the beach!is fabulous.

Another wonderful stay

Stay was perfect! Condo was clean, bed was extremely comfortable. Balcony was the best I have experienced in all my beach trips. Loved every minute! Would definitely stay again...maybe two weeks next time!

Wonderful place to stay

The bed was so comfortable. The view from the balcony was perfect. So enjoyed watching the sun rise from the balcony every morning. Didn’t cook but the kitchen was very well supplied. The condo was very clean. So enjoyed our week of vacation at the beach.❤️ Very close to restaurants, entertainment and shopping.

Our favorite beach condo!

The ocean view is amazing! It’s a lovely condo with a short drive to restaurants. Of course, you could also cook as the kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans. The owner goes above and beyond to help with requests. We booked our vacation to come back next summer immediately after staying here.

Sept Stay

Spent a week here Sept 15th-22nd. Property is as advertised, building very quiet at this time of year. The condo is very nice, everything worked as it should, bed was very very comfortable. View from the balcony is very impressive, great place for morning coffee. We had a great week and would look to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful and peaceful

Beautiful view up and down the beach! Nice finishes, big tv. The extra vanity was great addition. Nice appliances. Sean was great to work with. We will rent again.

That View

We enjoyed our stay at North Mrytle Beach. Althought the actual building is a bit older, it is small and all the people there were so nice and friendly. The area is calm and beautiful with houses on each side so not a lot of crowds on the actual beach. The condo was recently redone and it is so nice. It even has beach furniture so we didn't have to worry about that. We will definitely stay here again. The view is spectacular.
