Property was advertised and represented perfectly !! We came in for a week of 3rd shift work . We slept all day comfortably with no interruptions and just the sound of the waves crashing on the sand ! Unit was in great condition, well stocked , comfortable and in a great location !!! Highly recommended

First time staying at Sandy Beach Resort for our annual family and friends vacation in Myrtle Beach. Great location, condo was perfect for 7 people. Janet was helpful when we needed to make last minute adjustments to our reservation.

Great condo in a great location. Balconies provided such an amazing view of the beach and the Wednesday night fireworks at the 2nd Avenue Pier. Condo was very clean, spacious and 3 bathrooms was a nice bonus.

Five Star Condo in a Family Friendly Resort

This condo is beautiful and has stunning views of Myrtle Beach off of all three private balconies. Each bedroom has a balcony and a view of the ocean. My family of 5 love this condo! I will definitely book this wonderful condo again. Also we enjoyed the 3 heated pools, lazy river, and 3 hot tubs at this resort.

Birthday Celebration

Loved staying at the condo with stunning views from every room’s balcony. The heated pools were at hit with our grandchildren, ages 5 and 6, and in lazy river was a blast.Our adult daughter from New Bern joined us for her birthday weekend and we came up from Charleston…. great location for all to meet and have a wonderful birthday celebration

Gymnastics weekend

We were in town for gymnastics at the sports center. Very close to everything downtown as well as the roads into and out of town. Property was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. Communication was spoty at first because of travel, but cleared up closer to the stay. We would stay there again.

Absolutely Beautiful

We came to Myrtlebeach for our daughter's wedding. The condo was perfect for us, plenty of space for our group of 5. The location was in walking distance to multiply restuarants and shopping. The views from the balconies were absolutely stunning! Very clean and spacious. We will definitely be staying here again!! I highly recommend.

Short Stay

I was on vacation with my family and we were able to stay an extra day but were not able to stay at the condo we were at due to already being booked for that night. We found this condo and reached out to Janet and she was more than accommodating. The condo was cozy with great views from every room. Location was great and not far from the boardwalk.

Fun Stay at Myrtle Beach

We recently stayed at this condo and had a very enjoyable stay. The condo itself was in great condition and very clean. The owner was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive. The resort was nice and everything was easily accessible. The only complaint is that for a non smoking resort, we could easily smell the pot from our blacony and in several areas on the property including the loading and unloading zone. Overall we had a fantastic trip and would stay again.

Awesome!!!

My husband and I haven’t been on a vacation in over 18 years. And never to Myrtle Beach. We chose this property because we were bringing our son, daughter in law, and two grandbabies with us. We had an unbelievably great time. The condo was perfection. Just exactly what the listing showed. We will be back. Kids loved the pools. It was great waking up every morning looking out the bedroom window to watch the sunrise.

Good Location

My family and I enjoyed our time in this condo. The condo was more than a bit worn( a paint job and new furniture, especially sofas should be in order) Also, no beach towels or chairs provided for this beach front property. Parking is across the street but you can unload guests and luggage by the lobby elevator, and parking was plentiful. The condo was clean and a 15 min walk to the Skywheel for me, for my elderly mom, about a 25 min walk to the boardwalk’s main attractions. I did not use the pool but it appeared clean with plenty of spots to sit. Many restaurants a short 2-3 min drive away or 5-10 min walk. The 2nd ave pier you can see from your window, about a 5 min walk away. Overall a good experience.

Great ocean views

The Condo is in a great location and right next door to Family Kingdom. Family Kingdom was closed because of our vacay during Thanksgiving week. Everyone loved that they had their own balcony facing the ocean. The only cons and they are minimal were that we had three cars and only two parking passes and we had to buy a frying pan and can opener. Otherwise everything else was furnished. Make sure you check out Friendly’s restaurant a few blocks away. Love Friendly’s ice cream anytime so it was a treat to eat in one of their restaurants!We went to the Christmas show at the Carolina Opry and it was awesome. Loved that they had an afternoon show. C.O.has several other shows off season that are great also. Barefoot Landing, Tangier outlets, and many other fun thins to do are near by. Be sure to check out the Marshwalk and The Lazy Gator in Murrells Inlet. Lots of great restaurants along the Grand Strand!

The perfect place to stay!

The pictures don’t do this place justice. The views are amazing and you are right down from most of Myrtle Beaches main attractions. It was nice walking to the pier and to the boardwalk every afternoon. The indoor pools were great for a little wintertime fun. There were more than enough linens for our stay. We always bring extra but didn’t need anything extra this time! I never leave reviews but had to let others know how great the communication was with Janet. I never had to ask a question because she had already messaged me everything I needed to know. We felt very special after we checked in to get a text checking on our check in process. It was nice that someone cared about our stay not just the money. From start to finish this trip was stress free thanks to Janet. Thank you so much!
