Sea Oaks is located 0.5 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This three-story complex offers ocean view or direct ocean front units. Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Enjoy swimming in the outdoor oceanfront pool, which is open Easter/April 1 to October 31. The beach is steps away from the pool area, so pack your beach gear and have some fun in the sun, sand, and surf! For your convenience, there is an elevator at Sea Oaks. Dine in and barbeque at the outdoor grill area or go for a short drive to dine out at one of several local restaurants. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

Disgusting

Upon arrival the unit was a mess and smelled like mildew. Food stuck on dishes in drawers, cockroaches in sinks and on the floors, dirty pillows, dust covering everything and no linens even though we paid extra for the linens. We contacted the property management, I was told we would be brought blankets and be reimbursed the cleaning fee...neither happened. It’s a run down unit that needs completely rejuvenated. We will never stay here again, not worth the money, headache and extra expenses of rebuying things that should have been provided.
