Impression by looking at the website for this resort was outstanding. However, many things gradually became apparent were not as expected. Parking is extremely tight, and elevator service was not good. For the amount of people, one would expect all three elevators are working at one time but that was not the case. No issues with check in/out. Inside the condo, the double beds were not queen beds but actually full size. The initial listing omits or does not make clearer the different property amenities. Inside the condo, the carpet needs to be desperately replaced with tile. On bare feet the carpet was icky and for lack of a better word, disgusting, it is very dirty. This is a beach setting and carpet is not a good idea. There was no mop or dustpan available. It barely had the kitchen items needed to cook a couple of meals. Some of the utensils need to be replaced, they are pretty worn out. Refrigerator was clean, coffee maker seemed fairly new which was good. I'd recommend replacing the couch and chairs with something more comfortable. TVs worked but are not smart TVs so could not do Netflix or something similar, but that's not a big deal. Access to the waterpark apparently was not included, reached out to host and said this was made clear, which is not. We were not the only ones who were turned away for the same reason, so is it really clear?? I don't think so. I hope the listings don't magically change after something is brought up. Access to the beach is great.
