This 9th floor condo has new flooring, new paint, granite countertop in the kitchen, a large bathroom and a nicely sized balcony for your pleasure. Enjoy your morning tea or coffee or an evening libation, taking in the sight and sounds of the ocean.

This one bedroom corner unit can accommodate six people, with its two new queen sized beds and the new murphy bed, which neatly tucks into the living room wall. It is located in a newly renovated oceanfront complex which has many amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, on-site dining, giant games, gift shop, fitness center, outdoor grills, etc., and is located close to shopping and restaurants, Coastal Grand Mall, Market Common, Myrtle Beach Airport and all the great area attractions.

We offer a superior, high value, hassle free check in. Our team is available for your convenience 24/7, with a usual response time of 15 minutes. This private unit is located at the north west end of the 9th floor.

The condo was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the view was beautiful. Access to the beach was great! Instructions for check in and check out was wonderful. The location was perfect for us. The only one complaint would be the sofa, it was not very comfortable, which is a shame because of the view that you have inside the condo.We would definitely stay again!

The condo was very nice and clean when we arrived. We liked that it’s at the end of the hall with less traffic and thoroughly enjoyed the indoor pool. I’d recommend this for a group of 4. It’s not a large space so we felt a bit close together at times but we weren’t in the room much so it didn’t matter much. The host was very clear in the instructions. I’d recommend this unit!

The condo was fantastic. The Murphy bed in the living area is such a nice feature for friends to have separate rooms. Could use with some better blackout curtains in that room, but not a huge deal. Also a bigger coffee pot, that 5 cup one doesn’t cut it lol. Otherwise I had a great time here, the grounds were large. Lots of different spots to hot tub, or swim. Ocean access was great. Tiki bar left a bit to be desired but handy in a pinch. Would def stay here again.

Spring break get away

We had a great time. It had good views if the ocean. The pools, hot tubs and lazy river were so relaxing. Definitely woukd stay again and tell others about it.

Great stay!

The room and facilities were great. We loved the heated pools and amenities. It was perfect with our family of 5 to have the Murphy bed and hide away couch. Kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed to eat in!

Great stay

Our stay was great, just what we were looking for the condo fit my family of 5 great ( kids age 11,7 &1) the unit is on the end so no heavy traffic or passing. All the different pool were great to keep the kiddos busy & having such direct access to the beach was a big plus! The owners were phenomenal was responding & accommodation & checking in during our stay! Highly recommend if your looking for a beach getaway with great view, near main attractions

Great unit for the price!

I stayed here for my son’s baseball tournament and was very pleased with how nice the unit was updated. It has a great view for a low price and the managers were very quick to respond to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

The communication with the property manager is BEYOND amazing! The resort is Geared for families so be ready for kids! Steps from the ocean and miles of beautifully kept sand for endless walks!

We had a great stay. The condo was as advertised. It was clean and stocked. Check in was super easy. I traveled with 3 teens and we all enjoyed our stay. Loved the amenities (pools indoors and out, grills) Access to the beach was easy as well. We plan on returning!

Perfect Getaway

The property was clean, well kept, the management team was prompt on replies to all questions. The location was perfect, the room was on the end of the hall so we didn’t have to listen to foot traffic outside of our door. The view was beautiful. We will definitely be back next year.

Awesome stay!

We had an amazing stay from check in to check out! The hosts went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. When we arrived the beds were very squeaky and within 24 hours we had new beds and box springs. Now that is service! The condo is close to everything! We will totally stay here again! Thank you again to the hosts for making this an enjoyable stay. We truly appreciated everything you did for us!

Look before you Book

Our Stay Was NOT GOOD, Bedroom Comforters Had Dog Hair, had White Stains on them , Had take Off Bed, Bathroom Had Clean Shower Curtain Rust On bottom of it, Second Room , Couch was Dog Hair All over it , TV went Next Day in Sitting Area. We CALL JEFF TOLD HIM BOUT PROBLEMS, they came brought Clean Sheets n Comforters. After My Wife Clean Bathroom, We brought Clean Supplies She was Able to Sleep at Night. I RECOMMEND PEOPLES CHECK REVIEW CLOSESLY WHEN BOOKING.

The location was right at the beach which was nice. The best part of the room was the kitchen. Appliances nice and worked great. The worst part of the room was the beds and couch. They were very hard to sleep on. Need to be upgraded. Old furniture and mattresses

Last minute spring break getaway!

We’re stationed at Fort Drum in upstate NY where it snows a large portion of the year. After not seeing sunshine for several months I decided to book a last minute getaway for my kids spring break. Best decision ever! We didn’t spend a ton of time at the condo but it was exactly as described. My kids (16, 14, 8) enjoyed having their own bed and enjoyed the amenities around the resort. We left with the best memories and a nice suntan. We will be back next year!

Beautiful ocean view

We enjoyed our week at the beach. The lazy river, water slides were a bonus for us. This was the easiest check in we’ve ever had in 6 years of coming to Myrtle Beach. Everything was just as described- ample kitchen utensils, many pools, hot tubs, quiet location, including a fan. The large chocolate bar was absolutely delicious that was there for us upon arrival. We never had trouble finding a parking space in the parking garage. The TV’s worked perfectly. My only complaint is that the beds are harder than what I’m used to. Perfect little clean condo for a small family!

Girls trip

Great property!! Just an elevator ride and 1 min walk onto the beach. Had a small hiccup with AC breaking down but Jeff and Shelley communicated every step and resolution with us quickly. Don’t worry though, they have since replaced the entire unit so that shouldn’t be an issue for a while. Lucky for us we were able to check in early so it was like an extra day and an early start to vacation! We would definitely stay here again!! The unit was clean and perfect for a nice relaxing girls trip!!

Good Location

This was a good location--right on the beach. It is a large condominium with good facilities. It has a five-deck enclosed garage. The unit is small, though with four people we were comfortable. It would have been too tight for more than 4, especially with only one bathroom. It has a tiny kitchen with a nice fridge, microwave, small dishwasher and large sink. It also has a range, but the kitchen is not furnished with any pots or pans, so the range should have been replaced with counter space, which is virtually nonexistent. It has a nice deck with a view of a piece of the beach.

Update

Suggestions: 1. Switch to Roku TVs for universal usage. Remotes and TVs were not working properly and ended up using my work IPad for indoor entertainment. 2. Murphy bed had my wife(pregnant) and myself in great discomfort the next day. We purchased an air mattress at the local Walmart to get through the next few nights. 3. Snake your shower drain often. Shower quickly clogged and took a long time to drain. While at Walmart getting the airmatress I purchased a drain cleaner stick and removed a large amount of hair and small debris out of the drain. Other than that the place met and exceeded our expectations.
