New listing 2024 Two bedroom renovated villa with new mattresses. It’s located on the 1st floor of Richmond Park in Kingston Resort. The Villa has a beautiful living/dining area and a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops. A large private balcony is available for outside entertaining or lounging with a full view of the lake in the foreground of the Atlantic Ocean just through the trees. It features free parking and free high-speed Wifi (400 Mbps).

Kingston Resort is a 145-acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family-friendly environment. Wonderful condo, great location, high quality furnishings, beautiful and clean bathrooms, and decorated beautifully! We’d love to stay here again if we come back.

Noise being on downstairs. Could not sleep good . Bed linen were clean but sand crumbs present . Dishes were not that cleaned . Specially pans . Other than that set up was good . Can hear upstairs creaking noise . Close to beach , nice area .
