*2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, bright and comfy condo.

*1 King bed, 2 twin beds.

*Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area open to living room.

*Sheets and linens provided.

* Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.

* Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (6 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.

Clean condo on ground level

We had a weekend conference at the MB Convention center and this condo was just a few minutes away. It was clean, located on bottom level, and spacious for small group or family.

Excellent condo for our golf trip

We arrived and had an easy check-in access to the condo with the door code. The owner was in contact with me the entire way through the time we were there.It was very clean, easy access to everything the area offers and being the end unit, it was secluded and quiet. Being on the tee box for the par three was nice too.We will definitely keep this listing for future trips and we highly recommend the condo for both golfers and families.

This waa a wonderful condo . Very close to everything but also very peaceful. The check in process was easy and the condo had everything we needed for the week. Highly recommend! Will book here again next time.

Golf Getaway

Absolutely wonderful. Condo was so clean and comfortable. Location could not have been better. I love the beach and my spouse loves to golf. We had the best of both of these. Our host was very quick to respond to all our questions. Definitely will be back and already planning on it!

Beautiful views of the golf course and centrally located to everything. We never had to drive more than 10 minutes to get to anything we had planned. Great location and quiet neighborhood.

Perfect Place to Stay

Everything from the start to finish was perfect about our stay. The booking process was easy and clear instructions prior to arrival. The location is prime and near everything but yet it's super peaceful. It was super clean, great AC, spacious and we loved the washer/dryer set up. House was nicely stocked with a starter set of toiletries. We hit the jackpot and we are looking forward to staying again in the future!!

Nice location

The location on the corner was very private and the creek and golf course out back were nice. The beds slept well too. The only issue was the toilets do not flush well. Other than than that, it was very nice.

We will definitely book again

My husband and I (and 2 dogs) thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book again next fall. The condo had all the conveniences of home and the bed was super comfortable. We never slept better. The location of the condo was a short drive from all the highlights. We brought electric bikes (with dog wagon) and went to the beach every day with our dogs. It took only 10 minutes on the bikes. Communication with the property manager was second to none. She was very prompt in responding to any questions or comments we had. The condo overlooked the 4th green of a golf course which provided great relaxing entertainment after the beach. We were very impressed and cannot wait for our next vacation.

Pleasant Stay

Overall our stay met our needs. Some of the positives are the location (very close to Broadway at the Beach, shopping and restaurants) unit type (ground floor, corner unit very convenient, especially with a dog), and WiFi was great and met our needs to work remotely. The unit itself does show a lot of wear and tear (cabinets are chipped, tile floor in the kitchen cracked, and laminate flooring is buckling); when I let the owner know about the laminate floor they did offer to send maintenance to come look at it. I appreciate a unit with full amenities - well stocked kitchen with all necessary appliances, washer/dryer, and Smart TVs in both bedrooms and living room. There is a Keurig which works fine, however we are not big fans of Keurigs so we were very happy to find a regular coffee pot available for use as well only to be disappointed when this did not work, so wound up just buying one. It should be noted that you are provided with the bare minimum of towels - which with the washer/dryer isn't the worst thing - and other than dish soap in the kitchen no cleaning supplies so if you like to straighten up during your stay and do laundry you will need to go to the store. The owner does supply some small hotel shampoos and face wash bars in the bathrooms, but there is no hand soap provided either. Also notable is that as a first floor unit you do you have people above you, which can get noisy at times. Beds are comfortable, PLENTY of storage space, outdoor patio overlooking the

We had a much needed relaxing family vacation. My adult children loved the proximity to the beaches, shops, restaurants, bars and you are next to the golf course. Beautiful condo definitely a cozy home vibe, with everything you need. We will be back.

Was there for a quick girls trip away. One stayed in master room, I stayed in 2nd bedroom with the twin beds. Both mattresses were very comfy. No use of pool. Shower water and pressure were great and I used the washer/dryer. My girlfriend loved it and wants to make this condo an annual trip whether we beach or not. Condo close to mall, Broadway at the Beach, Target, Walmart, outlets and Duplin Winery.

Very Accommodating

The host really worked with us. We went down for a dance competition and our dates kept getting changed. They extended our stay without hassle. They always responded quickly. The condo was very clean and well stocked and the view was amazing!The only issue was parking, but they had no control over that. Some guest in other condos had numerous vehicles so sometimes we had to park and walk. I will definitely book again on our next visit to Mrytle Beach!
