After staying in condos in Myrtle Beach for several years, we've learned to look first for those with high ratings for cleanliness and this one was great. The condo was clean, the location was perfect for us, and the view was wonderful from the spacious balcony. Parking under the units made it easy to unload our stuff. We appreciated the nice variety of kitchen appliances and used the waffle iron a couple of mornings. The living space is generous and comfortable. The owner is quick to respond to questions. Cypher locks were a plus. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful week at this oceanfront condo. It was clean, well equipped and such a great space for me and my family. The views were so much more than advertised. Pictures don't do them justice! This place is beautiful!! We did have a few issues( it happens) but the owner was very responsive and professional. It was very clean, and very well stocked for the entire family. Perfect for big family

Condo was fantastic! Had all the amenities we needed for our week stay. Had plenty of room for all of us. The host kept in contact when needed and was very quick to respond when I had questions. We loved that the parking garage was under the building so it was just a quick elevator ride to our vehicles, made it so much easier when loading and unloading all of our stuff.

Overall great plac and location. 2 issues: 1. The hot tub temperature was only 85.5 degrees so it could not be used. 2. Two of the toilets made a horrible noise when flushed (sounded like an Air-Raid siren going off). Everything else was really nice and the view couldn't have been better!

The condo was very clean and well-stocked. It had a beautiful esthetic with a large, well-decorated balcony. The rooms were large and easily accommodated my family. I have read some reviews (very few) that had some negative (mostly “nit picky”) things to say, but I didn’t see any of that! The fact that the owner left a note about leaving any extra, unwanted food for food banks made me love the place even more! Thank you to the owner for sharing your place with me and my my family! We will more than likely return for another family vacation!

Great place at myrtle beach

We just stayed at ph4 in myrtle beach and loved it!! It was very clean, very spacious, loved the outdoor balcony with view of the ocean! The ice maker and water on the refrigerator didn't work at first, but by the end of the first night it did. The only issue we had was that when we parked on P1 and tried to get into the condo using the back doors, the code didn't work. This was a little frustrating because my parents can't walk well, one of us had to walk around the front of the building and then let the others in from the back. After a couple of nights though, we noticed it was open, so that it wasn't a big deal. I would definitely stay here again. Overall a great place!!

Great time away..

This was a beatiful property. The checkin process was seamless. Ruben replied promptly to all correspondence. The unit, though not exactly what we expected in terms of size for a Penthouse, was above average for our time there. Hense the reason for the listing accuracy grade. The pictures make it look way more spacious than what it is. Everything else was satisfactory or better. Nevertheless, we would not hesitate to book again. Thanks Ruben for extending the opportunity to stay in this facility.
