You won't believe how beautiful this unit is with all new wood look tile, granite and a lovely cultured marble tub, tiled kitchen and bath. All work completed 2/2017. This is a home away from home with direct ocean views and a modern renovation. The unit has all new sofas, chairs, and a dining table. We are local and there to help with all your vacation needs. This is a home, not a sterile hotel room!

Escape to a carefree vacation. Surrounded by Tropical landscaping and breath-taking views of the ocean from the balcony, living room and bedroom. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves lapping the shore. We offer welcome gifts, beach chairs for your use and stocked linens. This has all new furnishings and 6 pillows per bed. We want you to feel pampered when you leave. This unit is in the heart of Myrtle Beach, near the Convention Center. Many attractions and restaurants are just a short walk away.

There are two pools both indoor and outdoor and three jacuzzi's both indoor and outdoor. There is great lawn space to lay out on with beach chairs and umbrellas. If golf is your thing we have it on all levels from miniature to world class. Myrtle Beach is considered the golfing capital of the South Eastern U.S.

Great stay!

We stayed for a long weekend bc our daughter had a cheer event at the convention center. Unit was super clean, had plenty of beach accessories, and was right on the beach. Thanks for a great time!

We had a lovely time here. We were hoping the view was actually as great as the picture showed, and we were not disappointed.! the view of the ocean was awesome and I spent a lot of time sitting out on the balcony just watching the ocean and the people down below. The unit had a few quirks, but nothing major at all.. the kitchen was well stocked. There were comfortable chairs to sit in, TV was easy to work, It was nice to have luggage racks available in the lobby. I communicated with him a few times and she was very helpful and informative. She also gave a lot of information in her email about restaurants and activities. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place. Great view great location

We came and had one night only at this wonderful place and wish we’ve stayed here a week. Had everything we needed chairs, boogie boards, nice beach all the beach things you would highly recommend it and we hope to come back again.

Nice place to stay

In town for a Volleyball Tournament at the Myrtle Beach Sports Center. Great location for that. Convenient to everything. Very nice place. Outside a little dated but interior is wonderful! Beautiful view.

Fabulous Beach Location

This property has a great view and is just a football field walk to the ocean. It has a boardwalk that leads you right there! The room is decorated super cute and makes you feel at home, plus the beds are comfortable. Will stay here again!

This place was small but cute! When we arrived, there was a welcome gift and some necessities already in the fridge! The views of the ocean were amazing! Property was well maintained and nicely appointed with indoor and outdoor pools and saunas. Access to the beach was outstanding. Room was clean and well kept with complete accoutrements. Property owners were polite and responsive. Definitely a place to return to on our next Myrtle Beach vacation!

Great stay. The condo is as listed. We stayed for nearly a week and were very comfortable. Everything was super clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was nicely kitted out for simple meals. View from the balcony is great and beach access is literally an elevator ride and a 1 minute walk. Also really appreciated the beach accessories in the condo like the chairs and mat. Parking was a breeze. LOVED the side windows that allowed us to see both the beach and the city.There is a constant hum that can be heard from the building's indoor pool house from the balcony and inside with the door open. It is loud enough to be heard even with the waves, and I'd encourage the condo owners to ask if this can be remedied as it dampened our enthusiasm for sitting outside. I am particularly bothered by low hums so it may not affect everyone.Travelers should be prepared to bring their own toiletries for their stay. Typically VRBOs I've stayed at provide these but this one did not. We also had to restock the toilet paper and paper towels as there was only enough for a couple of days and we were there a week. Finally travelers should be prepared that MB public works is installing a drainage pipe at 25th street, have built a temporary pier, and are doing active construction during the day. This did not adversely affect our stay but it was a surprise when we arrived. Construction is slated to end March 2026. All in all I would stay here again even with the minor downsides.

This property has an excellent view with two sea-facing windows in addition to the balcony. We appreciate the instruction about parking in the welcome email, it made our life easier. We enjoyed our stay. We did not bother the host about the dirty kitchen range because we were busy enjoying the view; but this place could use a deep-cleaning.

Kim (owner)is awesome! We were coming in right after hurricane Helene and she CALLED US to check on us and how it may affect our travels. She worked with us for our situation. She was readily available durning our entire stay. The condo is beautiful! What you see in the photos is what you get. I loved the balcony! Beds really comfortable, beach was so close and the area was great. We will definitely be returning. Thank you Kim

Relaxing Myrtle Beach vacation by the ocean

My friend and I really enjoyed our December stay at Palm Escapes. The 11th floor, oceanside condo was comfortable, well equipped for cooking and quiet. The ample parking garage was right across the street. Our hostess, Kim, responded quickly to questions, and the arrival letter was very informative. Despite the cool weather we enjoyed walks on the beach, but the most memorable was sunrise each day!! The colors were amazing! We would consider this location next year.

For me the only thing that was hard and that’s not on anyone but me for Not thinking and asking more questions is that I could not fit my wheelchair through the bathroom door. Amazing!

This property was exceptional! The proximity to the beach and the views of the ocean were incredible. The gorgeous balcony and the two big windows that looked down the beach really add to the light in the condo and the views. We loved our time here and were delighted when the dolphins went by. Kim was very responsive when we had a question and check in and out was easy. Parking was very convenient. The reclining chairs in the living room were very comfortable. The unit was well equipped and had everything that we could need. We can’t wait to return!
