  • Oceanview 3BR/2BA condo at Sand Dunes Resort, Myrtle Beach. Sleeps up to 12. Steps from the beach on the north end, with a private oceanview balcony, year-round lazy river and outdoor pools (unheated), an indoor heated pool, hot tubs, and on-site dining. Owner-managed, with replies within hours.

    In the condo: Open living and dining area with ocean views, fully equipped kitchen with Keurig Duo, dining seating for 6 plus breakfast bar, smart TVs in every room, washer and dryer, linens, toiletries, ceiling fans, and white noise machines in every room, keyless entry, and free parking. Limited beach gear is available (items vary by stay).

    Resort amenities: Outdoor pool and lazy river open year-round (unheated), indoor heated pool and 2 hot tubs, kids' splash zone with zero-entry into the outdoor pool, Beachfront Bar & Grill, River City Café, Salt & Lime, Ava's Pizzeria and Ice Cream Shop, Dunes Convenience Store, fitness center, and arcade.

    The street-facing mini water park is operated separately and is not included with private rentals.

    Getting around: Steps to the beach. About 5 min to Publix. About 10 min to Broadway at the Beach. About 15-20 min to Barefoot Landing and The Market Common. About 15 min to Myrtle Beach International Airport.

    Golf: Arcadian Shores, Dunes Golf & Beach Club, Pine Lakes, Myrtlewood, and Grande Dunes are all within about 15 minutes. With 3 bedrooms and space for 12, three foursomes can share one oceanfront base.

    Monthly stays: Furnished monthly rentals welcome from November. Message us for rates.

    Good to know: Minimum renter age 21. No pets, no parties. You may hear neighboring unit noise during peak season. The resort is lively and family-oriented, especially on weekends, with calmer weekdays.

Beautiful condo.

We loved this condo. We really needed 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and ir delivered. The 2 balconies were excellent we could see fireworks for miles without leaving the property. Everything was clean and the property was in close proximity to the places we love.

The unit was clean and while the property was showing its age, they’ve done a good job keeping it updated. We ate at the restaurant onsite and the food and staff were great. The pool needs more chairs, we did not get to enjoy it much because it stayed very crowded but that is to be expected on a holiday weekend. I pick my units based on availability of a gym onsite. The gym was very sad. There were no free weights and only one side of the cable machine was functional. A lady that was there each morning told me she was there in July and it was broken then also. I would not rent this property location because of that but I realize few people care about a gym on-site, just a personal preference of mine.
