Amazing oceanfront view of the myrtle beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Great for families and couples. Enjoy breakfast on the balcony overlooking the ocean and the sunrise.
Resort offers outdoor/indoor pools, lazy rivers, Hot tubs, exercise room. Indoor Parking is complimentary and guest Laundry is available on main floor of the complex
Please be aware that access to on site restaurant, the gym and the toddler waterpark across the street is not included.

All reno work has been completed and all amenities are functional and available.

Very quiet and comfortable. Great location with super ocean view. Very relaxing listening to the surf without noise from neighboring units. Good value and is perfect for a couple.

Great beach vacation!

Overall, we spent a great week with the kids!! Upon arrival, we had an issue with the pool bracelets and the electronic card, but the owner had this issue fixed within a day. There’s plenty to do at the resort, and everything you might need is a walking distance away!! Myrtle beach is a wonderful place

Winter vacation

The condo was clean, well stocked an in a great location. Only issue we had was the building was being worked on and the unloading area was partially closed ( not a huge deal but pretty stressful after a 12 hour drive), we had a little issue getting in the location but a phone call to Vito and Lupita and we were in the unit. Great stay in a great place at a very laid back time of year

The pictures on line doesn’t do it justice. It’s a very cozy condo. The only complaint was the elevator. There was always a wait and it was hot in the elevator and hallways. Not the owner’s fault of course. The owner was easy to contact and was very nice. I master bed was so comfortable. I would stay here again.

February vacay.

I had trouble with the code to open door. I called # on vrbo site i was given. She gave me access code to retrieve keys which i used for the 2 weeks. I didnt have parking pass or security cards. On the fourth day i received both. Security cards didnt work but i made do. Otherwise i really enjoyed Landmark and amenities. Unit was extremely nice. Would love to come back next yr if possible.

The owner was very nice and allowed us to check in early when we arrived, I’m not sure the cleaning service was completed through. The trash can in the restroom was super filthy, and the sink in the kitchen was dirty! The patio door was almost impossible to open and you had to slam it in order to lock it. View was amazing from the balcony!! Only 4 towels were left for two adults for 5 days which was very challenging.

Home away from home

This property had all the amenities we needed. The king bed was very comfortable, there was ample storage space in all the rooms, the living room was newly furnished and the kitchen well stocked with all the necessities. We could see pelicans, cormorants as well as a few dolphins from our balcony. The staff at the resort were very friendly. The location was perfect: walking distance from Walmart Food Market as well as Food Lion, 8 min drive from Walmart Super Store, Costco, a mall, Home Depot, walking distance to restaurants. Great stay.
