Oceanfront Oasis in Myrtle Beach at South Beach

Newly renovated corner, oceanfront condo on high floor, 2 bd, 2ba with amazing ocean views. Each bedroom has balcony; king bed in oceanfront master, 2nd bedroom with two queen beds has ocean view. Well stocked with dishes, cookware and linens. Comfortable and clean. 4 Indoor/Outdoor Pools, lazy river, onsite cafe, WiFi internet, Smart TV, fitness room, water dryer. South Beach is the quieter end of MB......Walk to the Market Common and Myrtle Beach State Park.
HOUSE RULES
- Any issue within the condo should be addressed to us, not the front desk. Our cell numbers are on the cover of welcome book in condo.
- This is a no smoking building.
- To save the walls in the condo please unload and load the luggage carts from the hallway and do not bring inside unit.
- Do not leave the cart outside the door as it is an emergency evacuation hazard. Return your cart to garage immediately for others to use.
- There is no maid service for this unit.
- Empty your trash i the dumpster marked “Offsite Rentals” on ground floor of the garage. Do not leave bagged trash in the hallway.
- Only use Sprayway cleaner (under the sink) on the kitchen counters. Other cleaners with ammonia will discolor the counters.
- Do not hang anything from the balcony or from the sprinklers heads in the condo.

WHEN YOU DEPART
- Remove all food from refrigerator, cabinets and counters.
- Empty all trash.
- You have paid a cleaning fee, but we expect you to respect our home and leave it in tidy condition.
- Wash dishes used or load and start dishwasher.
- Check out is absolutely no later than 10:30 am
- Return keys to front desk

Beautiful family vacation

We absolutely loved staying here! This was easily the cleanest Vrbo we’ve ever stayed at.The views and beach access cannot be beat! We were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely try to stay here again next year.

Great views with large balcony

Our family stayed here while visiting us and they absolutely loved it, especially the balcony views! The location worked well for them as I think they hit all the tourists spots. It is clean and spacious and everything worked as expected. And the hosts are the best!!

Best Vacation Yet!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The space was perfect for our family. Access to the beach is easy. There are showers/faucets to rinse the sand off when returning. Our kids enjoyed the lazy river when the sun got to be too much. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Host communicated well and supplied everything you might have needed for the beach including towels, chairs, umbrella, toys, body boards, etc. Could not have asked a better place to stay.
Don't miss an opportunity for a sunrise on the Atlantic.

Relaxing with a view

This was a wonderful property. The unit was well kept and the owners were very keep in touch and check to make sure everything is going good. The view is amazing and the ability to walk out to the beach at anytime is awesome. The property is well maintained and is always kept clean. The property is also very quiet no issues with noise or loud guests. Also highly recommend a trip to the Georgetown area at least once. Tons of restaurants and small shops and a lot of history in that town.

Our 4th stay and we fall in love all over again each time we're here. The view, the beach, cleanliness, and all the kitchen amenities we needed. Deb checked in with usc to ensure we had everything we needed.

Perfect place to stay. Oceanfront, beautiful view, swimming pools were just right, location was close but not right in the middle of it all. Owner was very easy to contact and helpful. Condo was perfect with everything you need!

All the comforts of home

This condo has everything you might need for your stay plus beautiful sunrises, ocean views, a clean beach, and a comfortable condo for four adults. Conveniently close to attractions and shopping. I would highly recommend this place and the owner's were very attentive to our needs.

Great home away from home but with a better view

The property was nice. Easy access to the beach, several pool options and walking distance to food and entertainment. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to make it our little home for the week. The views were great and we enjoyed the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Condo!

Girlfriend getaway

We just wanted to relax & stay right in the ocean. The condo had a perfect view from all rooms. The decor was nice & the owners were very attentive & prompt accommodating our needs. It was organized & well supplied. Beach was easily accessible & we enjoyed the Lazy River as well as the beach. The location is close to many restaurants.

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. Clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our week at the beach. Our kids loved all the pools. Wonderful Condo

This was our 3rd time at this wonderful condo. It truly is a gem. Deb checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed.The grandkids enjoyed the pools and lazy river as did well. The proximity to the ocean is great. We've already booked for next spring!!

Great Condo & Owners

We were a family of 5 with 3 young kids and the condo was wonderful for our stay! The condo was very clean and we loved being up on the 9th floor to look out over the ocean and high enough to not hear commotion at the pool area. We give this condo a 5 star because the Mannings were wonderful to work with and Deb was very attentive to us.

Great location with all the convenience of home

This condo was gorgeous. The location right on the beach with amazing views was stunning. The condo itself was comfortable and clean. The owner truly had it stocked with everything you could possibly need. The communication with the owner was easy and despite her being out of the country on a trip herself she made sure we were well taken care of. The floor was a little sandy when we arrived and there were a few petals scattered about that had fallen off the plants but aside from that it was clean (and I expect sand at the beach!) check in was easy as was parking. Truly a great stay. I hope we can return some day

Clean, spacious condo with amazing views and perfect location

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay! Our two kids shared the second bedroom, which had a balcony and attached bathroom. The master bedroom was spacious and had access to a second balcony with the best ocean views, as well as a master bathroom. We used the kitchen often to prepare breakfast and a few dinners. The location is also near several restaurants. We went to the beach nearly every evening and our kids loved using the boogie boards in the ocean waves. The only “problem” we had is we weren’t provided the Wi-Fi login at check-in, so I reached out to Deb, and and she responded with the code right away! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect vacay!

I cannot express enough how much we enjoyed this vacation. The host was outstanding from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful! We were traveling by car from Pa right when the hurricane was supposed to hit. She reached out to me to offer for us to leave for our arrival a day early for our safety. We couldn’t, but knowing she cared meant so much. She was extremely friendly and quick in response to any questions or concerns I had. The condo was very clean, comfortable, warming and welcoming. The view was outstanding! We plan on booking again. Thanks again for making our family vacation a memorable one. We left with happy hearts!
