Prepare before you stay in room 1201 Atlantica north tower

Local service is non existant.The people you call are in another state but promised local staff would respond but never did .They sent the wrong building door code and several people trying to help me saw my room door code.I asked them to reset my door code along with several other problems with room but never got a reponse after several calls and text over my 4 night stay.There were no toiletries ,no soap etc.The safe in room did not work.The indoor pool and lazy river are the next building over with a big lot in between which was not a fun walk in a storm.We were on the 12th floor with only one elevator and it broke Sunday afternoon but they did fix it by that evening.We had to walk up 12 stories after coming back from the beach.If something real bad had went wrong it could have been worse.While the place was clean with a nice view we would not stay here again.

Overall mixed bag

Check-in. 1st the parking lot for property is near but it is the parking lot after the parking lot directly across the street. It was hard to find arriving at 10pm. Our key code did not work & I had to call & they scrambled to find a code. They were generating 10 digit codes & I was telling them it only needed 4 numbers. Finally it was found in the file notes! Not fun at 10pm after >10hr drive & by the time we got back to car it had paper to b towed but luckily it wasn’t. LOTS of smokers rent at property. They have no smoking posted but it seemed not strongly enforced. So if you want very family friendly be aware. In unit, no parking passes on kitchen counter as stated. Minimal kitchen supplies. Bare minimum. No pot holders. No pizza cutter, spices, salt/pepper, true pan for oven. No welcome binder with local restaurant favorites. Our remotes didn’t work. The hair dryer in main bathroom didn’t work. The tub floor of 2nd bathroom was dirty. I guess overall you get what you pay for. The beach is beautiful. It was nice to have access to 2 pools, kids loved it & they were nice.

Lighthouse corner

Very clean with a great view of the ocean. Beds were comfy and kitchen efficient. The elevator was surprisingly fast. Really enjoyed my stay in the corner lighthouse.
