Oceanfront 3 Bed/2 Bath Unit-by Luxury Beach Rentals

New to Luxury Beach Rentals, this stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit on the 11th floor offers beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. The oceanfront master bedroom has a king bed and direct access to a large oceanfront balcony. The second room offers one queen bed and the third room offers two double beds. Other features include flat screen TVs, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs and children’s splash pool all overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn. The resort also has a Starbucks and ice cream shop onsite.

This condo provides a queen air mattress instead of a sofa sleeper.

- Caribbean Resort is smoke-free. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed in guest rooms, on balconies, or common areas around the property. Guests may smoke in the new smoking area located at the end of the Dominican building ground floor.

- 7 night minimum from Sunday to Sunday required in peak summer season and 3 night minimum outside summer season.

- A deposit is required to make a reservation and full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival

-No motorcycles, trailers, or pets allowed on the premises.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented a 3 bedroom condo for a week for my family and I. The views of the ocean were absolutely breathtaking. The condo was recently renovated and very pleasant. The mgmt company we found extremely convenient and professional. They were reachable via text if we needed anything at all. My family had an amazing time and we definitely are looking forward to staying at the Caribbean resort again in the near future.
