NEWLY ADDED, this condo has a great CITY VIEW and surrounding areas from the TWO balconies, living rooms, and bedrooms. Low Floor - 2nd FLOOR. Excellent kitchen area for socializing and enjoying the views. This condo is located in EXCLUSIVE/PRIVATE Maisons Sur Mer (walking distance to Ocean Annies) on a LOW floor and has excellent views from the TWO balconies. This condo has 2 Queens and can sleep up to 4. Located in Myrtle Beach, SC, in Maisons Sur Mer, this resort has it all! Equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, cooktop/oven, LCD TVs, and two private bathrooms are included in the beachfront condo. Oceanside pools and private ocean balconies! FREE WIFI! We hope you enjoy this condo as much as we do!

It is conveniently located within walking distance of Ocean Annies, where you can enjoy live music by the beach and a great atmosphere. Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium are also nearby. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are also within a short drive.

Kindly ensure you review the resort's guidelines, the resort's Accommodations Policy, and the guest handout pertaining to Service Animals (SAs) and Emotional Support Animals (ESAs).

NOTE: THIS CONDO DOESN'T HAVE ACCESS TO THE GYM. Tiki Bar is now officially closed for the season.

NOTE: The patio is being resurfaced please walk on tile to avoid bringing in debris.

NOTE: The exit gate is currently under repair and remains open. Please avoid leaving valuables in your car and keep windows closed. Be aware of the animals in the area. Security is monitoring the area, though no guard is posted full-time.

NOTE: The pools are (typically) open year round and (typically) the heater is on. Out door pool is temporarily closed due to a pump repair until further notice.
