    Condominium Water Intrusion, Door & Window Replacement Project at the Renaissance Tower.



    Due to this project, the Renaissance Tower pool and surrounding pool area will be closed from September 14, 2026, through January 18, 2027.



    The Space:

    Just steps from the sand and boasting a bright, modern interior, you’ll find this charming, third-floor condo tucked into the Myrtle Beach Resort. With direct access to the beach, and abundant on-site amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a splash pad, hot tubs, and an arcade, you’ll have no trouble finding fun right on-site. When it’s time to explore, you’re just a few minutes drive from shopping, restaurants, Myrtle Beach State Park, and central Myrtle Beach attractions, around seven miles away.



    At the condo itself, spend time relaxing on your private balcony with a good book and your beverage of choice. Inside, the open, updated layout features stylish coastal decor, an open layout, and abundant natural light. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to turn out mealtime masterpieces, and there’s plenty of room to grab a bite together at the window-front table. After a day on the sand, cool off in the central AC while you watch a bit of TV or use the free WiFi to scroll social media. The night ends in either serene bedroom - another dreamy Myrtle Beach day starts tomorrow.

Absolutely wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay from the completely updated condo to the multiple pools and lazy river to the direct beach access. Very family friendly. Great location away from the hustle and bustle of the strand. Convenient to several restaurants, grocery stores and ice cream shops!

Good Condo at Myrtle Beach Resort

It was a good little condo at the Myrtle Beach resort. Exactly as advertised. Lots of pools and things for the kids and only 300 feet from the beach.

Winter Break vacation

My family just had a very relaxing vacation there. The location is perfect, we were able to take a walk at the beach every morning to watch the ocean and pick some sea shells. The facilities are great at this resort, there are gym, indoor pool and whirl pool. The owner also provides books, games so that visitors could enjoy some quality time staying there.

Very nice place to stay everything was clean. Only disappointed was the stains on couch and chairs need a good shampooing.In big bedroom our bathroom the hot water nozzle did not shut off all the way it's warped. The pools were very nice and clean everyone was polite. Great food at the Bar and grill next door great ocean views good music.

The host was great. We however did have a very bad smell when we stayed. I messaged the property management about it and got no response. The odor was very strong. The condo was clean just wish there wasn’t the odor.

Perfect Rental

While I can't speak for all units in this complex, I can say that A-326 was clean, nicely decorated, and centrally located between all pools and the beach. The complex is quite packed with condos, but the pools weren't very crowded, which was a pleasant surprise. There is a shared laundry located close to the unit, which we were able to do a quite load of wash mid-trip. The unit was stocked with dish soap, laundry detergent, Dove shampoo and conditioner, paper towels, and toilet paper. It had everything we could possibly need. Consider reserving beach chairs and an umbrella OR getting down to the beach early in the morning to get a prime beach spot. Our family got to the beach a bit too late and had to figure out a spot to plop down between all the already set up and reserved chairs and umbrellas. It didn't put a damper on our beach days, though. The drive to the downtown Myrtle Beach area was only a few minutes and there are so many dining and shopping options in the area. The Walmart Market, located right across the street, was perfect for purchasing food to cook in the condo for meals that we preferred to save a little money and eat in.
