Located in a prime spot, you’re just a short stroll from the beach and surrounded by local favorites—restaurants, bars, coffee shops, breakfast spots, ice cream, and more—all within easy walking distance.
Inside, the condo offers plenty of room to spread out, featuring three private porches so everyone can enjoy their own space. Every living area is outfitted with a 65”+ smart TV for cozy nights in or laid-back mornings.
Tucked away in a quiet setting yet close to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer, this condo is the ideal retreat for relaxing, reconnecting, and making unforgettable coastal memories.
We have provided 8 beach chairs, a beach cart, and 8 beach/pool towels to allow for ease of travel. A coffee maker that uses K-cups as well as coffee grounds is located in the in-unit coffee bar. Each guest is provided with 2 luxurious bath towels. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to dine in with plenty of surrounding restaurants within walking and driving distance if you choose to dine out.

- Straw Market which includes Flip-Flops Bar and Grill, coffee, ice cream, pizza, beach shops, and a liquor store.
- Annie's Beach Bar, Windows Restaurant (Breakfast), and River City Cafe located beach front. These are accessible from the road or the beach
- Harry the Hats and Finn McCooles restaurants

Please note stairs are required to access the property and there is no elevator on site.

There are 3 parking passes for cars to park on site. The HOA does monitor the parking lot so please hang these from your rear view upon arrival. Additionally, per the HOA, no motorcycles, golf carts, recreational vehicles, boats, ATVs, or trailers allowed. If you plan to park at the complex early prior to check in, please contact the host so accommodations regarding parking can be made.

The indoor pool and spa is open all year long, with the exception of any unforeseen maintenance. The outdoor pool is closed around November - April. The pools are open from 9 am to 10 pm.

In order to ensure there are no issues with pests, pests are sprayed the first Thursday of every month. These are non-toxic and organic material. It takes about 2 minutes. Access is required. Thank you for your understanding.
