    Fabulous, fully furnished, professionally decorated oceanfront , vacation condominium. Situated in The Mar Vista Grande, a Four Diamond, AAA rated property. This gorgeous unit features 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, with private master suite and elegant master bath. Master bedroom includes oceanfront views and balcony access. Master bath features double sinks, granite counter top, walk-in ceramic tiled shower with seat, whirlpool tub, linen closet, walk in closet with built ins, crown moldiings and more. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with granite breakfast bar, seating, all appliances and full size stacked washer/dryer. Living room features a large sectional for relaxing while over looking the direct oceanfront. In addition the living room features a large flat screen TV, cable and wireless internet. The two additional bedrooms feature two queenside beds in one bedroom and two full size beds in the other bedroom. Both bedrooms have full size bathrooms in each one. Absolute perfection!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and lounge comfortably, and the complex itself was nicely appointed with multiple pools, hot tubs, tiki bar, etc. The owners were fantastic to communicate with and made sure everything was perfect during our stay. Great vacation!

We stayed at the property for a week. The property was awesome, it was clean, the people staying there and staff were all friendly. It is walking distance from everything. The condo owner was very attentive to our trip and checked in on us to make sure everything was ok.

We’re giving this place a five star rating, it was very clean, all beds were comfortable. Good communication with the owners. We had a nice view, very comfortable getting to the beach. Secure place, you need a code to get into the parking, garage, and a code to get into the main buildings for the condos. Would definitely like to stay at this property again.

We had a great stay. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean the unit was. Bedding looked new and well take care of, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Exactly as it looked on the website. We hope to stay there again in the future. The owner’s were easy to reach and checked in with us upon arrival and during the stay to make sure everything was ok. Very nice condo in a great location in NMB

Mar Vista Grande is an extremely well maintained condo community. Great ocean front views with many amenities. This particular condo was well appointed and very comfortable. The owner Michael was very easy to work with when we had to make a last minute change to our reservation. He was also very quick to respond. Beds very comfortable. Highly recommend!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the beautiful condo! The pictures in the listing can not fully convey how gorgeous the condo is! The well-appointed furnishings and decor make you feel as though you are at home and immediately put you at ease. There isn’t anything that we needed that was not provided. The view is gorgeous and the seating on the balcony is super comfortable! Communication with the owners and the check in and out process was easy and hassle free. We will definitely stay here again! The view is gorgeous!

Mike and Angela are wonderful hosts. Their condo is even more perfect than the listing can describe. Excellent communication ahead of arrival, immaculate and comfortable accommodations. We had an amazing family vacation here! Everything about this condo was perfect and beautiful. (The attention to detail and cleanliness for this unit are top notch!) It was VERY clean, well appointed, and the beds were oh so comfortable! The fresh flowers and welcome note on the table was a nice surprise and very much appreciated. Communication with the owners was great, and they also touched base during our stay to make sure all was well. We enjoyed so much more about this place - the large oceanfront balcony, incredible views, perfect location - I could go on and on. We just loved this unit and look forward to staying again soon!

Paradise in North Myrtle Beach

This vacation home is absolutely magical! The unit is clean, spacious and has everything you need. Listening to the ocean anytime of day is relaxing on the balcony but from inside it’s quiet and peaceful. The extra things like beach chairs and boogie boards made it extra fun for hitting the beach! The pool area is incredible with an outdoor pool, lazy river (the best!), an outdoor hot tub and indoor pools and hot tub. There are tons of lounge chairs and the vibe with the music and the tiki bar makes it feel like a resort. The location is spectacular and we did lots of walks to Main Street and even used the free shuttle to get to the grocery store and some shops. We can’t wait to come back!

A slice of heaven - clean and comfortable.

This property starts out with beach front access (over a gated wood bridge), incredible views from the main area, kitchen, primary bedroom and large and comfortable balcony setting, a pool area the kids will love (and probably prefer to the beach!) a giant jacuzzi for the adults and it just goes up from there. We stay at nice vrbos pretty regularly and this one was on point. The cleanliness and care put into the property is remarkable. They have managed to find that ever elusive balance between clean and modern and warm and welcoming. The small touches made all the difference… this is a devil is in the details place and for those of you who know what I’m talking about, this is the place for you! “Do all things with kindness” coasters and “friends and family gather here to make memories” wall art let you know immediately the warmth of the people who own the home, a couple of wash pods on the washer (we didn’t use because we brought our own, but the thought was there) fresh flowers welcome on the table, beach towels and chairs in very good condition, comfortable beds (2 of the bedrooms have en suite full baths, the 3rd bath is directly across the hall from the 3rd bedroom). We don’t come to this area often, but if we ever do again we would most certainly come back to this vrbo. Thank you, Michael and Angela, for sharing your little slice of heaven.
