Cute cozy condo with view of the pool. This is an end unit so it is very private and quiet. You can go right down the steps outside the unit to go visit the pool or soak in the hot tub.

We have a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator. There is a great shower stall with easy access. There is a washer and dryer on each level.

Great place

It was very nice, the resort had nice pool and hot tubs. Beach was close by and very nice. Not very crowded and we loved our time there and hope to come back.

Great Getaway Spot!

Great place for 2 to getaway! Short and nice walk to the beach, or even shorter drive to bescj access. Lots of nice restaurants and shops within 10-minute drive.

Wonderful vacation

We love Litchfield by the sea! Amanda has a wonderful property in the summerhouse condos… very clean, plenty of towels provided, easy check-in/out process. Definitely would stay again!

Nice condo in the Summerhouse Building overlooking a large pool complex with lazy river, big pool, splash pool and childrens water features. Very nice. The balcony is covered so if it's rainy you can still sit outside. We found it too far to walk to the beach club which is were you have access to the actual beach. There is a paved path and then sidewalks but its 0.5 or 0.7 miles depending on route and too far for us to push the beach buggy we had. Nice beach was flat and sandy for miles.

Great Relaxing trip

Amanda was great host - condo had extras that added convenience to the trip. Pool was wonderful with a lazy river! Condo located right next to restaurant and clubhouse. We had a wonderful stay! See you next year

Great place to stay

This place was perfect for our family of four. Nice to have a kitchen so we didn't have to eat out every meal and the grocery store is right across the street. The pool area and lazy river were fun for the kids. Breakfast buffet at Coastal Dish was great. Just a short drive to the beach or we could take the golf cart shuttle that came by regularly. Would definitely stay again!

September Vacation

We love Pawley's Island and are able to visit with family while there. Now that I am older I liked the Beach Club bathrooms where we are enjoying the beach. The resort and beach area were very well kept and clean. As well as the condo.

Great location across street is a food store couple restaurants for a quick bit. There’s a place on location for breakfast. Or light dinner. Pool has a small bar. Lazy river. Small playground. And access to beach

outstanding stay

Our short stay was nothing short of amazing. The condo was pristine, had everything we could possibly need and then most of what we didn't know we needed. The comfort was phenomenal. Working with Amanda was a breath of fresh air. I look forward to staying here again when business is not the only reason for our travel.

We have stayed at numerous different units through different property management companies at Summerhouse. The owner emailed though code when she said she would and we received our pass at the Litchfield gate which was promised. The kitchen was nicely stocked with appliances and utensils which we used. The beds were comfortable.We really enjoyed our stay.

Southern comfort.

We spent a beautiful week, relaxing swimming, enjoying the beach. the unit we had was very nice ,had everything we needed. The grounds are very well kept. We had an issue with no hot water x2 contacted owner and was corrected quickly.

Nice little condo

Overall, we had a pretty good stay. We have three children from the ages of 3 to 8 and we purposely booked this condo to have easy access to the pool and splash pad area for the kids. Unfortunately, when we arrived, half of the splash pad was roped off with caution tape and was closed for our entire stay, which was very disappointing. Then for the last day and a half we had no hot water. We messaged the owner about it and she let us know the plumbers were aware, but it did not get fixed before we left. The condo itself was very clean and well stocked for our family’s needs. The issues we had couldn’t be helped by the owner, but it was still frustrating.

Litchfield Beach is the Best!

We love this beach and love the entire area, especially the bike paths. This condo is great for families, although when we visited the lazy river was closed (not the fault of the owner). It’s a bit of a walk to the beach and is easier to drive, and it’s not exactly convenient since you have to backtrack to the main gate to go. But it’s the beach, so who cares? Totally worth it. The condo is very nice, everything we would have wanted. It says it sleeps 6, which it technically does bed-wise, but six people would be tight. The table only seats 4 and there isn’t another option for more. But that worked for us fine, it may be more of a squeeze for other families. Also there is virtually no storage space for groceries. There’s a stove and microwave, but the actual food had to be placed on countertops, in the fridge, and a living room shelf. Something to consider if you’re used to buying lots of groceries for a weeklong beach trip. Overall I would stay here again. Amanda was very nice and it was a great value. Thanks!
