Great location; bad smell

Let's start with the good. Location, location, location! The location of this unit was wonderful. We hardly drove our car anywhere as we were able to walk to almost everything. And now the not so good. The unit was tight for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The TV in the second bedroom didn't work (according to the teenagers) and live TV was not accessible to watch the World Cup. There was also a bad smell upon entering the unit. The air fresheners placed around the main living space could not mask the smell. As much as we loved the location, we would not choose to stay in this unit again due to the smell.

Our condo was perfect! It was very clean when we arrived and had what we needed for a great family vacation. The only thing I had issues with was the fact that the peephole on the front door was painted over, which could be dangerous.Ocean view was beautiful, the walk to the beach was short, and the pool areas were great for not only the kids, but the adults.

Location & ease of parking - 5 stars; We loved the proximity to the beach. Our car stayed parked for most of the trip. We walked almost everywhere. Cleanliness - 4 stars; On the surface, the unit was clean.Odor - 0 stars; Immediately upon entering, an odor that we describe as cat urine hits you in the face. Within a few minutes, you get acclimated to it but it is overpowering every time you enter the unit. Air fresheners were strewn around the main living area but did not mask the smell.
