Welcome to your Myrtle Beach sanctuary! Our spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in the Magnolia Place community of Myrtlewood Villas is designed to provide comfort and convenience for up to 6 guests. The condo features stylish, contemporary furnishings and is fully equipped to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Relax in the cozy living area, complete with multiple televisions and complimentary WiFi, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The modern kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and all necessary cookware, making it easy to prepare meals at home. Enjoy your meals in the dining area or on the private balcony or patio, where you can soak in the tranquil surroundings.
Additional amenities include in-unit washer/dryer combos, central air conditioning and heating, and all the essentials like bed linens, towels, and toiletries. The two bathrooms are well-appointed, featuring a bathtub and shower for your convenience.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire condo and its amenities, including the private balcony. The Myrtlewood Villas resort offers a variety of shared amenities for your enjoyment, including outdoor and indoor pools, a fitness center, shuffleboard and volleyball courts, and more. The resort also features a children's pool and BBQ facilities.
Beach access is a breeze with a public beach entrance just a mile from the condo. While you're close to the ocean, please note that certain private amenities, like specific golf courses, are not included in your stay.

• Rental Policies: Please be aware that all guests must be at least 25 years old to rent with us. Additionally, a signed rental agreement and a copy of your driver's license are required. We do not rent to locals in order to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests. If you are under 25 or a local, your reservation will be canceled.
