Check-in was a nightmare. Luxury Vacations dropped the ball and according to the perdon I spoke with on the phone had not 'created a profile' for me and in turn did not send the reservation to Sands Ocean Club via the 'Owner Portal'. It took an hour and a half of being on the phone and talking with the people at the front desk to finally get things straightened out. The condo iitself was very nice - the only issue was the hand towel holder was loose and finally fell in the floor this morning I informed the front desk when I checked out and yold them to check the toilet paper holder too because it was loose also. If I were the owner, I would definitely use a different managenent company- the folks @ Sands said they have a lot of issues with various 3rd party managers.

Our stay here was overall a fantastic trip. We really enjoyed the room and the beach access. The bed was great and comfortable, after we removed the pillow top. The view was fantastic, but we had no balcony like the room described. We had a sliding glass door with a railing in front of it, so no balcony to go sit on. Waking up to that view was incredible. Lots of storage for clothes and luggage etc. the room was very clean except the windows and mirrors were streaked and needed a little attention. The worst part was 1) we had to pay an additional 135 upon check-in for parking and garbage, from what they said, this was not in the description and VRBO contacted me to confirm that I paid this. I didn't get a refund, so that was a bummer. 2) there were not mugs or cups in the room .there were a few plates and bowls and silverware. To make coffee the first day we had to brew it in a bowl, and drink it out of the only wine glass in the room. I called and reported it, but nothing happened, we had to buy cups at Walmart. So there were a few issues that I was not happy about, but nothing that would stop me from staying there again. The people were very friendly the room and the view were fantastic and our five day trip was great. Access to the beach was very simple at the back door and you were on the beach. Thank you to Vrbo in the staff at the hotel we had a great time.
