A beautiful, secluded condo. Very clean and has a full size washer/dryer. Communication with the property manager was excellent, with prompt replies. We couldn't have been happier, and we will definitely book this condo again!

We have coming to kingston plantation for eight years . I booked this cono as the unit we usually book was not available . This unit was perfect ! Newley updated , clean , quite , and a short walk to the beach with the pool in the back yard . I will booking this unit again .

Very nice, quiet condo

The condo at 12B Windsor Court in Kingston Plantation was very clean, nice and quiet! The only problem we really had with the condo was the televisions. There were no instructions on how to use the televisions and we had trouble figuring out which remotes to use and which remote did what. The price of the condo itself was okay but all the taxes and fees that are added is ridiculous!

I had a great stay at the Saltwater Grande property. This was my first beach trip in 4 years due to back surgery and the villa we used was perfect. The Saltwater Grande staff make the booking and access so easy for us. We did not have any issues at all, and I plan to book for the same location next year. It was truly a great experience.

Hidden Gem

The condos in Kingston Plantation are well established, close to everything and the grounds are clean and peaceful. Have stayed there several times, it is our go to location in Myrtle Beach.

Short get away

My youngest daughter played in a travel basketball tournament in Myrtle beach. The unit was the perfect size for my family of four. It is well stocked, very clean and comfortable. Communication was great. We will be back next year.

Long weekend at the beach

My family (4 adults) rented this wonderful villa for 4 nights. Communication with the host is outstanding. Upon arrival, the villa is exactly as described and as pictured in the photos (if not better)! Extremely clean. We have stayed in Kingston Plantation many times and this villa rates within the top 1-2! Highly recommend this villa to anyone!
