  • A perfect villa location in Kingston Plantation. Located right next to the St. James Park pool in Building 1 and as close to the beach as you can get before paying high-rise rates! Enjoy the privacy that comes with each bedroom having its own bathroom.

    No waiting in line to check in! No keys to keep track of.
    You will receive a code for the digital lock on the door and you can go right in when you arrive. Everyone in your group will have access all the time with the code.

    It's a short stroll to the beach along a paved path that makes pulling those beach carts or coolers a breeze.

    Our unit is 100% smoke free. Our no smoking policy is strictly enforced.

    Parking right outside the door in our designated covered carport makes access to this beautiful villa convenient for unpacking.

    Entrance is on the 2nd floor. One flight of stairs. Your rate includes all bedding and bath towels.

    Our location provides peace and quiet in the beautiful park-like setting of St. James Park with shade trees and two lakes right by the villa. The pool for the neighborhood is right next to the villa. With just a short walk, the setting changes entirely as you reach the Embassy Suites hotel on the property and enjoy the restaurants and bars. Then it is right over the dunes to the ocean.

    No pets allowed.
    Minimum age for renting is 25.

    Full Day Spa and Hair Salon on site.
    Gated entrance with 24-hour security.

Comfortable and spacious.

This turned out to be an excellent choice for a group of coworkers attending a conference. Everyone had their own personal space. The place was very clean and convenient to all thing in and out of Kingston Plantation. Parking was plentiful and close. We will definitely consider this unit again in the future for work and personal stays.

The place was better than I expected! So nice to have 3 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms, was great for my family of 5. We didn't have any issues, but when an air conditioner had to be serviced (which took 5 minutes), kevin called to make sure it would be ok. He was very considerate. We will definitely book through him again the next time we come down! Thanks!

We had zero problems with the condo. Clean, supplied well, wifi always worked. Only small issue was the pool wasn't open yet. We booked based on the pool being available for our grandsons. Maybe update the description to reflect this ? Otherwise, perfect.

The location of the house to the beach and the use of the swimming pool coupled with the perfect house for us to use while we were on vacation made this a 5 Star place to stay! Large spacious bedrooms with queen or king beds, and each with her own individual bathroom was absolutely perfect for my sister and I! The kitchen was well stocked, but did not include condiments knowing this ahead of time was very helpful. We had beach chairs to use and beach towels when we want beach time It is a lovely quiet location with lots of trees. We couldn’t have asked for anything better.!!

Summer Family Getaway

We enjoyed our week with family in this villa near the beach. It was a 10 minute walk to the ocean on a flat sidewalk and you could either take a boardwalk entrance to the sand or stairs up over the dunes. The pool, although fairly tiny (capacity only 18 people), is literally right next door and you can see it from the back deck. It was easy to take the kids for a quick swim between thunderstorms. Pool was often dirty with debris but we skimmed/cleaned it up ourselves. The villa itself is 16 steps up wood stairs to the door and the staircase is very narrow which was difficult for my blind grandmother, but fine for everyone else. The front bedroom was warmer than the other two bedrooms, but that is where the kids slept so it wasn’t a big deal, we just moved the tower fan that was in another room in the villa in there. In our opinion, even though it says this villa has been remodeled it seems like the decor is dark and outdated. It would brighten it up a bit by by simply switching out the lightbulbs to a white light rather than yellow, especially with the yellow walls. We did see several cockroaches inside during our visit, but we know they are common to this area so it wasn’t alarming. There are only seats for 4 on the deck balcony, 5 seats on the two couches in the living room and just 6 chairs at the dining table…..so not a space for everyone to gather together and enjoy everyone’s company or play a game during poor weather. Overall, we had a fun getaway near the beach.
