Beautiful Oceanfront, Grand Atlantic Resort, 3rd FL, Attached Parking Garage

Snow Birds. We only rent January and February with reduced rates. Please inquire for rates if you are interested in January and February.

If you don't like heights, this 3rd floor condo is the place to be. Great view from the 3rd floor as you will see from the pictures. If you choose not to go out to the beach, you can sit on the balcony and still feel like you are on the beach as the beach is so close. Direct oceanfront condo with indoor and outdoor pools. There is a spash pad, (outdoors), 2 regular pools, (one pool outside) a lazy river, and 2 hot tubs. This third floor unit will save time waiting on elevators. Parking garage attached to 3rd floor entrance/convenient.

Experience the scenic view from the kitchen and dining area. You can stand in the kitchen and dining area and see the waves and people on the beach. Park on the third floor of the parking garage and walk right in. All TV's in the condo are flat screens and the Living Room has a 50" flat screen. Living area and master bedroom are both oceanfront with sliding doors leading out to the balcony. While many three bedroom units in Myrtle beach only offer two baths, this unit has three full baths.

Located in beautiful South Myrtle Beach. Close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, golf and located 2.5 miles from Myrtle Beach Airport.

Great place to stay. Condo was very clean and nice, plenty of room, bathroom for every bedroom, overlooks outdoor pools, fantastic oceanfront view, and owner was a pleasure to work with. Will try to stay here again.

Our room was very clean and well maintained. We have stayed at several different condos in Myrtle and this one was by far the best kept. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony. I would highly recommend staying here.

Best part of the whole trip to Myrtle Beach

Comfortable, quiet, and with a great ocean view. Location within the complex was excellent as well. We had everything we needed for a nice stay. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This property couldn’t have been better. It literally had everything we needed, plenty of dishes, pots/ pans, all the usual kitchen amenities, washer/ drawer, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, kids sand toys, always full ice machines through the building. It is in a perfect location, and right on the beach!

PERFECT

We (family of four - 2 adult 18 plus children) absolutely loved the property. Amenities were just right and the proximity to the beach ideal - local groceries were nearby. Others guests were extremely friendly and helpful, too, Highly recommend this and we will probably return in the future!

Myrtle Beach Beauty

Very nice 3-bedroom condo overlooking the ocean. Absolutely beautiful views. The place was having all their pools repaired and the balconies refinished but that was the only downside to the whole stay. The owner (Martha) was extremely accommodating and couldn't have been nicer. We would definitely stay here again. With what they are doing to the pools and hot tubs it will only enhance our stay that much more. We would highly recommend this place to others.

Great location. Essentially right on the beach. Easy access off parking garage and facility elevator. Ample room for our family of 6. Owner was very helpful with a welcome packet before our stay and actually genuinely interested in our family having a great week in Myrtle.

The condo was very spacious. Having three large bathrooms worked out perfectly for our family. Pools were wonderful. My 4 year old really loved the Lazy River (or as she called it the Crazy River.) I loved how short of a walk it was out to the beach. Location was great. We were able to walk to two different putt putt courses. Having the parking garage attached to the condo was great. It was raining pretty heavily on the day we left and it was so nice not to have to load our luggage in the rain. The parking garage was a little tight being two way traffic so if you have a large vehicle, be aware. Host was wonderful. She was super responsive and very helpful.

Grand Atlantic

Was going to Myrtle Beach with husband and 2 other friends and found this location. It was a seamless process and communication was easy and she always responded promptly. Loved the location and waking up to the sounds of the ocean right outside my door!

Another relaxing vacay

There is so much to do in this location. We usually stay within 15 minutes of the condo with so many recreation and food options but this trip explores Barefoot Landing and we were thrilled we did! The condo is spacious with 3 full bathrooms and a full kitchen. Perfect for family trips. Martha is easy to contact and so helpful!

Oceanfront views

The condo was perfect. The best part was the large balcony overlooking the ocean. The building is 20 stories and it was great sitting on the third floor balcony a 3 story listening to the waves. The owner was quick to respond! Recommend to friends and family.
