This privately owned, stylish, updated condo offers 1 king br/ 1 Queen sleeper sofa, 1 full bath w/shower/tub combo, generous living/dining space and full kitchen. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Perfect for a small family or couples getaway! The Palace Resort offers wonderful amenities including indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, gym, direct beach access, onsite seasonal restaurant, ice-cream shop and more. Close to the airport and many popular Myrtle Beach tourist attractions. This property has an attached parking garage that is free to our guests w/provided parking passes. The parking garage entryway clearance is 6'8". * Please note we are a privately owned and managed property at The Palace Resort and do not offer free passes to The Landmark Hotel Waterpark at this time *

Very clean! Everything provided in the kitchen. Right off the beach. King size bed very comfortable. Only complaint is the pull out couch isn’t that comfortable. But wonderful stay.

Excellent Stay!

Our first trip to Myrtle beach! The room was perfect for our family of 4! The hosts provided beach chairs, beach toys, and coolers. The kitchen was full of plates, mugs, pots, pans and utensils, so you didn’t need to worry about a thing! Our room was very clean.I really appreciated the detailed check in and check out process, you never had to guess what to do because everything was already written out for you! We had a great time!

Great Place To Stay

I use VRBO alot. I have to say this was one of the best stays I have experienced. The place is optimally located for shopping, restaurants, and beach activities. The space was immaculate and had everything we needed to bring in the New Year. I will definitely be returning! And, let me not forget the communication with the owner was excellent!

Nice spot

It was just my wife my son and I we had an easy time finding the room and the hotel was quiet at night. The fireworks at the beach was the highlight of our trip.

Overall impression of this unit was that it was nicely decorated with a great view of the ocean. However, it was pretty small and not very clean. Had to clean every utensil, plate & pan that we used. The couch pillows were dirty and the shower curtain so covered in mold that we took it down. The bathroom was definitely not big enough for a family of 4. The building was a bit outdated and not in a very safe location with no decent walkable restaurants.

Great condo!

We really enjoyed the condo. It was well furnished and stocked with towels and other supplies. The pools were clean. The actual resort building is dated but it did appear they were going to be painting so that will help. We’d stay here again if we come back to MB. The host was very quick at responding to our inquiries before and during our stay.

perfect condo on the beach

The condo had everything you could possibly need.. Kitchen / bath were fully stocked. Great ocean view, three hot tubs down by the pool deck outside. great Wi-Fi, streaming TV, boardgames. And lots of parking. Great location right in the middle of Myrtle Beach. There was even a Walmart walking distance away for supplies!!

Family vacation

My family loved everything about this place. My two little girls ages 7, and 4 spent hours inside of the pool. Location is close drive to broadway at the beach. If I would have to pick one thing wrong it would be the overpowering smell of weed when trying to relax at the pool and sometimes even at night you could smell it inside when watching tv. I would highly recommend this place I cant wait to go back again.

Amazing!

Smooth check in, clear instructions. The condo was exceptionally clean upon arrival. Every thoughtful detail, including a welcome card really made us feel at home. They have everything needed; cleaning supplies, beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys for the kids. Perfect accommodations for our family of 4! Will most definitely stay on future trips to Myrtle, thank you!

Dance Nationals Vaca

Our daughter is a competitive dancer and the dance nationals were being hosted at the convention center not too far from the property. Overall our stay was as expected and the property was as advertised. We did have a minor issue with the microwave to which the property manager was quick to address and we were very pleased with the communication throughout. It was a successful trip for our dancer as she took home 1st place in the competition. The one thing I will say is that there was a high volume of people who like to partake in the legalization of "mary jane" and there were a couple of days that the odor was more than obnoxious to handle both from the elevators to the balcony. The climate at the property was well balanced and there were not party goers but rather laid back and chill type of people and families. The location is good as its away from the heavier traffic areas of the strip. I was hoping that there were a better selection of sit down restaurants other than Pizza, Mexican, sandwiches, and fast food. If we visit again, we will look for this property again as an option. Thank you for a great week of family beach time.

Well appointed unit on noisy pool side of property

Overall, this is a comfortable and well stocked unit right on the beach. We were very much looking forward to hearing the waves day and night from this unit. And we could until the evening hours brought out very loud groups down at the pool. This unit overlooked the pool, so the noise level was loud well into the night. There was no posted closing time at the pool, so the yelling and screaming lasted until towards midnight on the weekend nights were were booked here. The pool noise did calm down on weekday nights, fyi. The only other issue we had was a very poorly draining bathtub. With the low-flow shower head, I had to stand in the shower much longer than normal to completely rinse my hair out. And with that said, the 4 inches of water I was standing in was disturbing since backflow from the drain was coming up. We had to re-wash our feet once out of the tub. This is a huge high rise, so it's very busy in the building, parking and elevator areas. It's the perfect setup for loud guests, unfortunately.
