Other rentals at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped. This studio offers stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean!

This unit has been completely renovated and features some of the most stunning updates as of April 2024! These include new paint throughout, removal of the popcorn ceilings, new LVP flooring, stunning rock accent wall with LED fireplace, newly refaced cabinets, new granite countertops, custom backsplash, all new stainless steel appliances, shiplap bar wall, brand new bathroom vanity, new light fixtures, and new furniture and decor! Everything is practically new! This unit feels so nice and clean and will be ready for your next vacation to Myrtle Beach!

The kitchen is very spacious and is one of the features that separates the Palace from many other resorts and rentals. Very few studios offer an oversized kitchen like this condo and other rentals here at the Palace. This listing also features a full-size stainless-steel dishwasher, fridge, mounted microwave, stove and oven, as well as small appliances like a coffee maker and toaster. We provide all basic cookware, utensils, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to cook a full meal for the family.

The living area is the most comfortable area of the apartment. Guests can relax on the sofa and enjoy endless oceanfront views! The sofa converts to a queen-size bed. Guests will be able to sit at the counter using the bar stools and enjoy a meal or a cup of coffee. This space also features a queen size bed, coffee table, accent chairs, rock accent wall with LED fireplace, wall mounted TV, and access to the private oceanfront balcony. Many guests have spotted dolphins from the balcony, and the sunrise and sunsets are gorgeous.

The full-size bathroom is located just when you walk through the main door. The bathroom features a standard shower/tub, toilet, and vanity. The bathroom is brand new as of April 2024!

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper and paper towels.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi.

The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. A Walmart just opened around the corner in 2020, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access.
