Ideal Location

This place was perfect as far as location goes. We were able to fish, crab, beach, swim, eat and shop all within walking distance. We made friends with other renters/tenants and we enjoyed the band from the bar next door. Everything we needed was close. The VRBO listing states there are 2 bedrooms and each has a queen and a fold out. There is definitely only 1 bedroom and a queen sized fold out couch and a very small cot probably only ok for a toddler. 4 people was a squeeze here but everything else was so perfect we didn't even mind - it was like a family sleep over. :-)

Not clean. Room was full of stuff(cabinet tops, top of fridge and shelves) no where to put our stuff. Bed sheets probably washed, but old with stains. Couch was nasty, like “greasy” and with stains. Nasty carpets. The whole condo with everything in it is old. Bit too small for 4 people family, maybe due to a lot of stuff in the condo. No washer or dryer in the condo, might be my mistake of understanding it is. Fridge was nice and clean. Check in was very easy and convenient, close to beach, good location. Pool on the property was nice. Thanks.

If you are looking for a condo to stay at in Garden City, this should be the 1 you look for. Laura was absolutely wonderful to work with. I had a few questions during our stay and the answers came quickly..even on a holiday weekend. This condo is right in the middle of everything Garden City has to offer. We parked our vehicle at the condo and didnt get into it again till we left. Everything is in walking distance. This will be our go to place to stay when we come back! Thank you Laura for such a great place for our 1 year anniversary!
